This company was prompt and reliable. They came out the same day that I called with my shower not working. Keith was friendly and professional and solved my plumbing problem. They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommend Eldridge and Sons!

My toilet was plugged. I called Eldridge. The young woman who answered was polite and efficient and scheduled an appointment just a few hours away! Marc arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very neat and professional. He unplugged my toilet quickly. I loved the fact that his truck and tools were neat and clean and that he carried his own towel to make sure the tools were dried before he carried them back out. He kept me informed thru the process and gave an update to my husband. I highly recommend Marc and this business, they are everything one would want in a plumbing company!

Keith came out, identified the issue with our kitchen sink and promptly repaired it. He was very courteous and tidy. The office scheduler was very nice and worked with my schedule. This was a pleasant and painless experience! We plan to use Eldridge & Sons for future plumbing issues.

PPS replaced my sewage piping and Nate oversaw the project and did an excellent job. Nate always showed up on time, always informed me of the day’s work at starting point and reported on progress at the end of the day. Always attended thoroughly to and resolved any hitches that came up . I highly recommend PPS and applaud the work Nate does for the company.

I've asked Pure Plumbing to install a water conditioner and a tankless water heater for our house. They're excellent communicators and do clean work. I've worked with both Michael and Nate and both are great at what they do! Would recommend for any big projects like the ones I mentioned.

I highly recommend Pure Plumbing Solutions. They were honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Nate explained what the issues were and the options. I went with a new Navian Tankless water heater. The install was clean and up to code. No more cold water when it should be hot. No more loud humming sound and the control panel is easy to navigate unlike my previous one. You’ll be happy if you use PPS!

I called PPS with some backed up drains. They were excellent all around - from the people answering the phones to the techs that came to do the work. The process was transparent - they let me know the site fee upfront and walked me through the quote (providing multiple options) before incurring any expenses. I ended up having to replace a few pipes and my crew (Carlos and Austin) were great. They scheduled me right away, finished in time, cleaned up when they were done and walked me through everything that was done. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!

I needed someone quickly to alleviate a complete sewer backup in my house. Spoke to Mike, the owner, and he had a technician, Nate, able to arrive within about 90 minutes, which was great. He did a great job, provided me options for mitigating futures problems with the system.

Great service and quality work! I needed a plumber to fix a small leak coming from the water line that goes to the ice maker in the freezer. Mike and Nathaniel arrived at my door. They took a look at the leak and told me how they planned to fix it, how much time it would take and an estimated cost. They did the repairs and updated some of the plumbing so that I will not have THAT problem again. When they were done, they explained what they had done. Both guys were attentive and knowledgeable. Their appearance is professional and they respected my home. I highly recommend this company.
