Angel came to our house on a Saturday evening to fix a leaking pipe in the kitchen. He was efficient and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. We are very happy with his service. Thank you, Angel!

My house has a manhole at the front yard to push the sewer to the public sewer system over 200 feet. The manhole has 2 pump to run the alternative mode when the sewer water rises to the control level. In past 2 years, there exist several major problems and never repaired completely. Recently, I found only one pump #1 can work properly and another #2 didn't. I discussed with the CMS plumbing and they sent the technician, Angel, to diagnose on-site. He quickly implemented a solution without replacing the pump #2, but it didn't fix. Then, I decided to spend over thousand dollars to buy a new one. When Angel came to replace the broken pump #2, he also installed all sewer plumbing pipes, which is the best work I saw. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. After over 3 hours, everything is in place and both pumps work perfectly. I like the CMS plumbing services as: quickly response (24/7 style), collect the information before visit on-site (save the home owner expense), technician is professional worker, and the cost is reasonable. The manhole repair is not very usually plumbing task, but CMS plumbing can handle.

Joey was very professional, and he listened to us and quickly diagnosed the issues we had. Really appreciate how quickly our issue was resolved, and he explained everything and gave good advise to maintain our system. Absolutely recommend them.

Very top notch service. I had Bryan help me out with some plumbing issues that were bothering me for quite sometime as my pipes and valves were very old so it was difficult finding someone who could help take care of it. Very professional service the whole way through. Answered any questions I had very clearly and finished faster than expected. Very affordable pricing as well. Overall I was impressed and would happily seek Bryan out again for any further plumbing issues that I may have in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Angel came on Monday morning, identified the issue (loose faucet) and was able to fix the leak in about an hour and a half. He clearly explained to me what was wrong and how to avoid future issues. He was friendly and courteous. Good experience.

Edit: Removing one star because of mess left in an unaffected area. The issue was in the kitchen but I discovered water on the bathroom floor, my plants, which were in the shower, damaged, and the inside of my toilet... became dirty. I normally wouldn't care as much to leave a review but he asked me multiple times to leave him a review before he even finished the service.

Chris came in looked under my sink to see what needed to be done. He knew immediately he went to his truck. He got the stuff he needed came up fixed it. It’s a beautiful job. I’m so proud of it. If anybody ever needs a plumber they should call CMS plumbing and ask for Chris cause he was in and out. Did the job explained what he was doing it was just great. Requested for maintenance in my apartment for bathroom drain clogging and kitchen sink leak. Angel came twice on both occasions and was very friendly and professional. Both issues were fixed and completely satisfied with the service.

I had an issue with my toilet never turning off and with a leaky sink in the kitchen. CMS sent a team of two, Angel and Patrick, to my home and solved everything very quickly. Angel and Patrick explained the issue and why it was happening. When they completed the repairs, they made sure that the issue would not be replicated. They were professional, efficient, polite, and knowledgable. I hope that if any future plumbing issues happen again, that this team is sent to my home. Great job guys and keep it up.

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Excellent service on an after hours call! Angel came out to my home promptly and within an hour solved all of my bathroom drains backing up. Joey thoughtfully navigated through a mysterious leak that had us baffled. I expected the worst outcome but his careful and logical testing revealed only a minor issue. Such relief! Thank you, Joey.

At 10pm, yesterday, 26Aug25, the knob for turning the water on and off in the shower was broken. Ended being that the cartridge needed a replacement. Able was able to come within an hour and replace the cartridge with a new one. Very nice and efficient guy and cleaned up the area after the repair was completed.

The quality, care, and customer attention were FABULOUS!! Exceeded my expectations, would recommend them highly. Water pipe from meter to house was rotting, they joined the new copper pipe seamlessly and removed the other junk piping that was near the meter. Thanks again Kem, especially to Johnny and Freddy who were the workers!!
