Excellent and professional service from Danny, Dave, and Isaac. We purchased new laundry appliances, but the installation team refused to hook them up and complaint about our water and gas connections. Danny promptly inspected and came up with a solution to update the connections, and the team came and completed the work the same day. I highly recommend Cupertino Plumbing for their quick, professional, and friendly service!

Danny Perez and Cupertino Plumbing are great. Good work and they treat you fairly. They were just here to work on our whole house water filter and did a great job. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will do so again in the future.

This company stands by their work, even twenty years later. Cupertino Plumbing repiped my house to copper in 2004. In 2024 a different company told me that Cupertino Plumbing had done a bad job in two ways: that they left all the galvanized pipes, many of them touching copper pipes and leaving corrosion at the touch points, and that they had not insulated the hot water pipes. I called Cupertino Plumbing 20 years after their original job and told them my story. They did not blow me off. In fact, they sent one of their senior plumbers who showed me that there was no corrosion, just patina. He sanded off ALL OF IT to make sure the copper pipes underneath were not compromised (they were not). He said that there were only two places where galvanized was touching copper, and he separated the pipes in those two places. Likewise, he said that most of the hot water pipes were insulated, but some were not—and he insulated all of those. He spent several hours under my house. All of this was done at no charge, and with perfect graciousness. I was extremely impressed. It may be that the original job was not perfect, but the company showed itself to be honorable, even after such a long time, and that is everything.

This team is professional and yet provides the upmost friendly experience. I have reached out twice to have plumbing issues addressed and resolved. They are great communicators. I highly recommend. And a personal shout out to Brandon and Frankie who always goes the extra mile to get the jobs done.

Cupertino Plumbing made our emergency plumbing issue a smooth and pleasant experience. We had such a positive experience with Cupertino Plumbing! About three weeks after moving into our newly renovated commercial space in Campbell, we ran into a little hiccup when one of the toilets decided it wouldn't cooperate anymore. After a failed attempt with a plunger, we knew we needed some expert help, so we reached out to Cupertino Plumbing.

We recently had our home completely re-piped by the team at Cupertino Plumbing. I am very happy with the results. Start to finish they were professional and efficient. They arrived on time and left the work areas clean and tidy. The piping workmanship was excellent and the finished sheetrock after sealing the opening in the walls and ceiling look great. It was easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend and will be happy to hire them again if/when we need pluming services.

We used Cupertino Plumbing a little while back to do a full remodel of our Master Bathroom. We really wanted a freestanding tub but knew we needed to be creative with the space. They helped come up with a design plan and the final result was amazing! In the end, they built a beautiful standalone shower, moved our vanity and toilet, and added a freestanding tub. A big "Thanks" to Frank and his crew!!

I live in Campbell and had water tank flooding in the garage and my neighbor recommended Cupertino plumbing. I called them in the morning and asked if they can help troubleshooting it. They (Sorry I forgot the name of the person; His name was not on the name card either;) came to my house in few hours and diagnosed the root-cause. Also He suggested that the water pressure is so high (~90psi) that it needed to be reduced to normal level ~70psi to protect another damage. So I had them to replace the water tank and install the water pressure regulator. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was perfect. Now I feel that the tap water flow is normal when faucet is fully open. They adjusted other schedules and prioritized my house since it was Friday and their business closes over the weekend. I was so grateful and appreciate how he treated the business from customers perspective. I would recommend anyone to Cupertino plumbing. They went above and beyond my expectation!

We had a wall mount ( actually mirror) bathroom fixture that needed a cartridge as well as another difficult piece of detective plumbing work which they resolved! Frankie Will and Mario are all polite, resourceful and great to work with. I highly recommend Cupertino Plumbibg!
