I called Pure Plumbing, based on so many great reviews, for a chronic slow draining tub/lavatory drain. Nathaniel arrived right on time and was so friendly and helpful. After showing him the situation, he explained to me in detail the pricing and all potential costs. Fortunately, Nathaniel was able to clear the drain in a short amount of time and checked and rechecked to make sure the drain was clear. Thank you so much Michael! I was so stressed out about the water heater situation and you helped me big time! I hired a plumber who charges 400 to install a new water heater, but when he arrived he said I need to change to a different gas type and he needs to alter the pipe lines. I freaked out! And worse, he walked away! I frantically got another person. He wanted me just threw away the water heater ( which is only 3 years old) and charges me 700 dollars for the labor. A new water heater is 1500, total would have been 2200 dollars if i had not been helped by your team! A person from pure plumbing solutions came right on time, spent about 15 minutes and solved the problem! It only cost me 200 dollars! Thank you for running an honest business!

This company is all the above: Excellent quality, professional service at a fair price and on time. I had them do a full evaluation of our plumbing and complete the necessary repairs along with installing a water softener. I couldn't have been more pleased. Recently I had them move the hose bib and pool supply line valve higher to make them easier for my wife to reach (recent hip replacement surgery). Here is the result, before and after.
