I spent several weeks reviewing a number of contractors to replace my windows. Jared from Approved Contractor, Inc met all my requirements. He provided a fair and reasonable estimate to install 10 Andersen Fibrex windows and a sliding glass door. Jared's installation foreman, Jose, did an excellent job. Jose's crew always arrived on-time and placed protective covering over our flooring and furniture before starting work each day (took 2 days). A third day was needed to replace the stucco that was removed to install the sliding glass door. My wife and I were impressed how well the new stucco matched the existing stucco texture and color of our residence. Much better than what we expected. Kimberlee, the office manager, was great. She and her team always kept us informed as to when things would happen. The team also responded in a very expeditious manner to all questions. I found Approved Contractor to be a professional and well-run organization. I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience. We had our house painted with the texture stucco treatment and had three very large windows replaced. Jared came to the house, took measurements and gave us our estimate. Would you believe the final bill was exactly as quoted? No hidden fees or add-ons. All work was done with care, and no mess was left behind. Our house looks amazing. I would totally recommend using Approved Contractor for any, and all, painting/stucco and window replacement.

Approved Contractor, Inc. replaced a small glass sliding door with French doors and it was a perfect experience. They were reasonably priced, timely on scheduling and project updates, professional and they did quality work. We are very happy with our new French Doors that are superior to our old sliding glass door in every way. We would use Approved Contractor, Inc. again without question or concern, we highly recommend them.

I am so please with the installation of my new patio doors. My prior doors were the original with the house. The aluminum frame had begun to crack and break and the stucco around the door was just a mess. Approved Contactor installed my new door that look great. They slide open and shut with no effort. The screen door also slides easily, and I like that the screen door automatically locks when you shut it. The two men that installed the doors were efficient, fast and cleaned up nicely after themselves. This is the second time I've used Approved Contractor for replacement windows, and I will continue to do so for future work.

I can’t overemphasize how happy we are with the job Approved Contractor did on our home. Huge project removing all exterior stucco and replacing with James Hardie siding. Jared was amazing in helping us through the project and making decisions, and his team are the absolute best! They know their craft so well and are courteous, respectful, on time, and a pleasure to be around for the weeks we stayed in our home and saw it completely transformed. There wasn’t a day that the neighbors didn’t say “wow - can I get their card?” Or “looks fantastic!” The crew cleans up after themselves every day and are a pleasure to deal with in every way. The job was done on time and within budget and we couldn’t be happier with the brand new look of our home! The James Hardie product is incredible quality and yes it’s expensive but you get so much added value to your home, energy savings too.

Jared was easy to deal with and delivered what he said he would. Plus his team was excellent, respectful, and kept a clean job site. We only had one issue with our shutters, but loved the work otherwise.

Out project was to:
1. Replace the windows;
2. Reolace wood siding with Hardie Board;
3. Seal off kitchen door and remove the cement porch;
4. Paint house.

Jared worked with us on ways to stay within our budget without lessening the quality of work. He is so concerned with the needs of his clients.

The owner, Jared, is so hands on. He kept touch with us almost daily to see that all was going well. His Office Manager Jessica also kept in contact to let us know when materials would be arriving and the job started. She is great

I cannot comment enough on the quality of work. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of work and techniques used.

The men who actually did the work were always on time and cleaned up the work site every day at the end of the day. That is an absolute plus youndo not always get
The guys wanted to be sure we were happy with the work, which of course we were.

Our 67 year old house now looks brand new. We are thrilled with the results So many neighbors stopped to comment on the project.

We had Approved Contractor fix and paint our stucco as well as the trim and doors on our house. During the initial visit Jared did a great job explaining the process while taking notes about the house. The process itself was painless and his team did a great job making the house look fantastic, we were particularly impressed that they were able to fix a lot of bumps and waves in the original finish. Our neighbours were impressed with the improvement.

Highly recommended! They replaced all of my windows, and put in a new sliding glass door. Mike walked through my options, showed me samples, and was very honest. Didn't feel pressured to sign at all, like many contractors try to do. They also came in with the best price. When installation came, everything went extremely smooth. John and Preston installed everything in a day and did a great job.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We had all our old, and single-pane windows (about 23) and doors (3) replaced at our house. We first met Mark, who came to our house; he thoroughly reviewed our windows and answered our questions without pushing us to sign anything. We met with the owner Jared before we decided to move forward. The communication with the office was excellent. The lead time was ultimately longer than initially planned (but this was expected given the state of the supply chain in 2022).

The installation was fantastic. Lalo and his team came for about four days to our house and did an extraordinary job. Lalo explained everything we needed to know about the process to accommodate our working-from-home schedule and our two indoor cats. The resulting work is phenomenal, and the difference in the house is very noticeable between our old and new windows.

I just want to thank Approved Contractor for a hassle free service from beginning to the end. Before choosing Approved Contractor, I had received several quotes for my window replacement project. As I found out it was going to be a long and tedious process. However, after speaking to Jared from Approved Contractors, he made us feel at ease answering all our questions with no pressure to purchase anything. We knew that the right choice was Approved Contractor. The whole process was super easy and quick. Once the Windows arrived it only took them 1 ½ days to replace 13 Windows on a two story home. That is impressive! Our windows were at least 30 years old, with that comes no noise reduction and very little protection against the cold winters and the hot summers. Once all windows were replaced, our home had a cozier feel due to the whole house having normal room temperature in every corner of the house and noise reduction was very noticeable. Overall getting the windows replaced was a great investment. We can feel the difference that these windows have made, as well as my family when they come to visit. Not only have these windows provided us comfort with the weather elements, you can tell these windows are built to last and are quality made. I also want to thank the window installers. Lalo the main Foreman was awesome, very detailed, knowledgeable, clean and a true professional. The project was finished fast with no delays or issues. I can honestly say this is the first time i have had five Star experience with any contractor i have hired. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the windows. Finding an honest, reliable contractor is super hard, one thing I can say with all honestly is Approved Contractor is that reliable and honest contractor you can use on you window replacement project. I know I will definitely use them on our next home and will recommend them to family and friends.

Genuinely a caring company. I had French doors fitted by them and I’m thrilled. As you all know, it’s always great when things go well but we had a little miscommunication, but I did not need to worry as Justin brought out his Team and we reviewed the job and everybody was very happy! Most of our time, though, was dealing with Jesus and his crew. From demo to final clean up, he and his crew were on top of things. We were especially impressed with Jesus’ eye for detail. He went above and beyond a number of times.

I’m not sure if Approved Contractors is the cheapest company but I can certainly say they are worth every penny! We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.
