The office was very communicative, the foreman was polite and courteous, the painters we're great problem solvers and friendly. The project was done in about a month- there were some needed gaps due to rain. This is a company that prioritizes quality materials, great service, and fantastic warranties. I recently had the pleasure of working with Approved Contractor for a renovation project on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. I had water leaks from the intense rain season which required me to not only redo all my stucco walls but brand new windows to replace the cheap retrofits. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their dedicated team and commitment to excellence. Approved Contractor transformed my home from a quaint but dingy Mediterranean stucco house with a terracotta roof to a sleek modern look that matched our solar roof (installed by a solar specialist). They handled everything from the messy stucco removal to installation of fiber cement panels to painting and finish work. Their attention to detail was fantastic, throughout the process they offered valuable opinions on options for trim work modifications and handled unexpected events like discovering and fixing structural rot behind the stucco near some misaligned sprinkler heads. Most importantly, when a materials shortage from the factory caused some significant delays they hounded the manufacturer until the blockage was cleared and restarted immediately upon receipt of the new materials instead of reassigning the team to other projects. We're very pleased with the final results and can't wait to use them to replace our suddenly dated-looking fence.

I had new windows installed at my condo and got estimates from three contractors. One never came to the property—just asked for measurements and sent a generic quote. Another was extremely pushy and tried to force a same-day decision, and he was the highest bid.

Once my HOA approved the windows, the team installed all five custom units within the quoted four-week lead time and completed the job in under a day. They also took down all of my brand-new blinds and reinstalled them perfectly—like nothing ever happened. I recently had my siding, soffit, and fascia replaced on my house. I have included before and after photos and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing.

My house was built in 1965 and the original stucco was underneath the aluminum siding and faux rock plastic siding. I decided to go with James Hardie plank siding which led me to Approved Contractor. It was very important to me that I use a contractor certified by James Hardie to install their products.

The amount of work involved is beyond what one would imagine. The first stage is the demolition which will remove everything until the framing of the house is exposed. The framing will be inspected and anything that needs to be replaced is replaced while exposed. If the house is like mine and needs insulation the insulation will be installed prior to installation of the OSB. A weatherproof wrap is then installed over the OSB and flashing is installed around the windows and doors.By the time the new Hardie plank siding is installed, your house will be airtight. No more drafts and no more access for critters either.

Once the siding is installed and the job is complete, there will be noticeable improvements. My son drives a 2024 Toyota GR-86. Before the siding was replaced the windows would shake and you could hear the car every time he started it. Now, not only do the windows not shake, but I cannot hear the car.

My dog no longer barks when neighbors move their trash cans for trash day. I can no longer hear the interstate either. The house maintains the heat from the day and the heater has not kicked on yet since the installation was completed.

The job was completed by a crew of four guys who showed up on time every day. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and there is no denying they take pride in their work. Every day they cleaned up before leaving and closed the gates to the back yard.

The vents in the house were all replaced with Vulcan vents so the house is as fireproof or fire resistant as it can be.

The quality of workmanship was above and beyond what I expected and could have hoped for.

We recently had a much-needed roof replacement done on our home (flat roof). After interviewing no less than nine roofing companies, we decided on Centrepoint Construction.

One of the reasons - Alon. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and willingness to spend time answering all our questions at the first meeting left a big (positive) impression. We had subsequent questions and Alon was always willing to take the calls and the time to address our questions - providing solutions and options.

Once the work began, Alon was on site pretty much every day. If for some reason he was not there, he would be in touch via phone/text and in most cases show up by the end of the day. (We realized we were not his ONLY clients - but it felt like it!)

We had the newer-concept "cool roof" installed. Although there is an added cost for this type of roof, the pricing was reasonable and the work excellently completed. We recently had over 90-degree weather and were delighted that the extra cost paid off by having the interior of our home significantly cooler than before.

We hired centre point construction for a remodeling project at our home last year. We had such a great experience and we respect their company so much that we have recently hired them to remodel our investment property. From the first day we talked with them about our project they were straight forward and professional. They listened to us and communicated seamlessly with our architect. Steve and Elon clearly laid out the project scope of work and timeline of the project, and kept to a tee our budget limit. I've had several experiences with contractors in the area of LA, finding Alon was the best experience.
He is resourceful and reliable. We were looking for someone responsible, that shows up and takes care of the details and for sure that was him. He came, solved our doubts and even kept solving them after the job was done. He was careful and knowledgeable. He knew all the codes, and saw issues like adding some plywood to reinforce the walls to avoid earthquake damage. We didn´t have any issue with inspectors and we touched a lot of structural work. I always recommend him to my people because it´s very rare to find someone that won´t try to sneak a lower price product, or get rid with a poorly job done, or even try to overcharge you for simple stuff. He is very upfront with all the charges and won´t do a job without your approval.
If you are thinking in someone reliable, you got your contractor.

After four month we just completed 900sqft accessory dwelling unit ADU we were able to fit a two bedroom one bath with a comfortable living room space. We did all new plumbing directly to the city. New HVAC, new custom kitchen cabinet, walk in shower.
We are very happy with centerpoint crew they kept us on budget and time frame. We will refer friends and neighbors.

You don't appreciate a good contractor until you've dealt with a bad one. These guys are GREAT. My garage was in pretty bad shape, partially due to just being old, and partially due to the poor craftsmanship of the previous contractor I hired before Centrepoint two years back.

The GC at centrepoint recommended to upgrade the garage into a accessor dwelling unit and legally fixing all the major problems. We got New foundation, new roof, mold removed and treated, new back wall construction, added side entry door, new wiring, new drywall, and new bathroom. My ADU garage looks awesome now. Now the new converted garage is a guest house for relatives and friends arriving out of town.

This company had excellent customer service, always responded to my messages promptly often within 10 minutes or less. The GC came out multiple times per week to make sure everything was on schedule and going okay, and honestly it seemed like he would drop anything to come out if I had any questions or concerns about the project with me.

My house was built in the 1950's, so I will more than likely have more projects in the future, and when I do, I will definitely call them up.

I needed a new roof and Alon was recommended to me by a friend who had their entire home renovated by him. What an incredible recommendation. Alon brought roofing samples that comply with California codes on his first inspection. He looked up in the attic and recommended plywood sheathing since my home was built in 1948 and only used slats…no other contractor even looked in the attic and they told me plywood sheathing would be an additional cost (if needed) outside their original quotes. His pricing was fair, the workmanship of his teams were excellent and on-time…and Alon is friendly, communicative and texted pictures throughout the process. I will definitely use Alon/CentrePoint Construction again.

Replaced all our old drafty windows. The installation crew was polite and worked hard all day. The new windows look great and the house is much quieter now from the street noise. Good price for the quality of work we got.
