The worst store in canoga the staff is very despotic they send the wrong things I definitely do not recommend

My number one electrical whsle house. If they don't have it they they will get it. Great relationship with counter and sales. I have been around dealing with whsle houses here and LA. area for 55 years. If you no what you want they will get it.

IF I COULD, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS. SUBMITTED ITEMS FOR A QUOTE ONLINE. THESE GUYS REFUSE TO SEND ME A QUOTE AND NEVER INFORMED ME. I HAD TO CALL AFTER 1 WEEK TO SPEAK TO SOME RUDE GUY AND ALL HE SAID IS WE CHOSE NOT TO QUOTE YOUR ORDER.
NO WHY IF BUTS. THE GUY WAS SOO MISERABLE AND LITERALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EARS.

Good, honest, and helpful people such as Richard, Joe, and Masoud . They would take their own time in helping customers with any concerns or questions they might have whether electrical or lighting. They do have a wide variety of electrical and lighting brands to choose from. They try to take away the confusion and anxiety of what items to choose or what brands to pick unlike those big stores. I would highly recommend them!

Good pricing, but don't believe the lead times. I asked them to expedite the shipping, as their timeline for shipping was not accurate, and they offered to "cancel the order" instead.

Very poor business practice. Stay away. I purchased over $ 150.00 worth of spotlights and bulbs, and 4 of the bulbs (one was broken in the box) had the wrong lumens and didn't look good in my home. They were amber-looking when I told the clerk I wanted cool white. I tried to return the 4 bulbs the next day and was initially told that they don't accept returns. Unbelievable. Then I was reluctantly offered a store credit. The clerk's demeanor and arrogance were appalling. I was told that it's the owner's policy. I don't believe him. This policy is not posted anywhere, nor was I told that this was a final sale. We will never buy from this store again. There is nothing proprietary about these light bulbs, and they are readily available at a lesser price online, in Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc. I tried patronizing a local vendor in Thousand Oaks. They did nothing but leave a bad taste in my mouth. I guess that's what I get for trying to support local business. Never again for this store. Stay away.

Marc has been doing my electrical work for many years. He is a master electrician and very creative in finding ways to make things happen that other electricians tell me they can't do. He is my go to person for anything electrical in my home.

Best service- Melissa who schedules arranged time so I could have service quickly and when I was available. Texted to keep me informed as to status. Mark (electrician extraordinaire) was able to repair everything I needed quickly, efficiently and with friendly service. Fixed a few things in minutes that others (not so handymen) had told me were not repairable (landscape lights, fans, switches). Mark is my forever electrician!
