Simply the best appliance service that I have ever had. Gary came out on a Sunday, to my house in Malibu (yes in beach traffic) without complaint. He was immaculate, efficient and very helpful. He ordered the parts needed and returned within 24 hours to complete the repairs. He will be the only one that I call, a complete gem!!

My renters had some issue with Dishwasher where it was pausing periodically. I called and got an appointment with Garry for the next day. Garry quickly found the issue and solved it without replacing any parts. He fixed what was needed without upselling anything. To the point. I would recommend this business and will use their services again.

Gary replaced the water pump on my LG front loading washing machine.

He has lot of experience, replaced it with the OEM part. Very fair price. I called two others from Yelp, their prices were much higher.

After calling more than 12 repair services who were either nonresponsive or would not work on LG dishwashers I called Garry who came out within 2 days, correctly diagnosed the problem, got the part, scheduled Arturo to do the repair all in under 2 weeks! Great communication, very professional and the best part- my dishwasher is as good as new. So very appreciative!

Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

I live out of state and my tenant in CA said their washer wasn’t working. I didn’t know a repair person or didn’t have any recommendations. I blind called about 4 companies from searching on google. Garry was the only one to return my call. Within 2 days he found the problem, got the part (washer drain hose), and fixed the washer. He made it very easy for me to pay him with venmo. Not sure if he has the best price but knowing it got fixed and done right was all i needed. Being out of state and getting this taken care of so quickly made the process stress free. After the washer drain hose was replaced my tenant personally texted me to thank me for the company I chose and he said they did a great job. Thanks again for all your help on such short notice Garry!

I believe I searched them on Yelp and they are in Glendale which is local. Gary was extremely understanding to my problem he arranged to send someone in 2 days. I asked for a call 15 minutes before arrival and he did just that. Artur the technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and wasted no time on the fix. I will recommend Gary and his business to all my friends and family.

They are honest and will tell you approximately how much to repair before they charge you for an onsite diagnostic. They also gave me tips to try to avoid having them come out. One of their pieces of advice FIXED my issue and saved me the onsite fee and being ripped off by replacing something that did not need to be replaced. I have already recommended Quick and Pro Appliance repair to a couple of our customers because of how they treated me. Here's the example: I gave him the problems with my refrigerator, the model and serial number, and he told me how much to replace the piece that was most likely leaking. He also recommended I try leaving the unit unplugged for 24 hours. Wouldn't you know it! Our fridge came back to life with out needing to replace the $1000 part (which we would have just cancelled the service call and bought a new fridge). Highly Recommend.

Had a broken front loader washing machine. Gary came out and assessed the issue with the washing machine. He repaired it and it’s working great. He’s a good communicator and was nice enough to clean up afterwards. Will definitely be using him again. It’s nice to have someone like him in the area.

Garen was wonderful to work with. He explained everything he was doing and fixed my washer/dryer very quickly. He was kind and personable. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repair in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was on time and worked quickly to resolve the issues we had with our dryer. Reasonably priced and didn't try to push extra costs. Highly recommendable.

Gary came out to our house within a couple hours of calling him when our fridge went out. Evaluated it, said it was the compressor but it should still be under warranty. Very honest. Stayed to call the company with me to setup a time that they would come evaluate and fix it. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling Gary when we have other things that need fixing!

Artur did a great job fixing my range top. One of the burners wouldn’t light and one of the knobs was loose. He diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. Efficient, professional, courteous. Such a relief to find a reliable appliance repair service

I have invited Quick and Pro into my home two times so far this year to assist with my new LG washer dryer tower. Artur was professional and helpful as he showed me how to drain and clean the water pump filter. Artur offered great advice to keep my LG running efficiently, and as a new owner of an LG, I appreciated that. Garry was just as congenial as Artur. He performed service maintenance on my LG for me the same day that I texted. No job is too small for them, and they have always been accommodating. Feel lucky to have found them.

This is the third time I have used Quick & Pro Appliance Repair, and they are THE BEST. Garry has been my tech each time, and he has been so incredibly helpful and professional. First for my fridge's ice maker, then a small fix for my dishwasher, and finally, this time, for a new valve for my dishwasher. Apparently my dishwasher water pipes are special - they are hidden behind the dishwasher instead of under the sink! Garry had to remove the dishwasher, fix the valve, reinstall it, and repeatedly tested the applicance to make sure everything was working. Thank god!! We were without kitchen water!

Scheduling via text is super efficient, and each time, we've been able to have a tech come to us in Canyon Country within 24 hours. So incredibly knowledgeable, consistently thorough, and also a great value. Especially when they are willing to text you back when you have follow up questions after your appt!

Choose Quick & Pro!! Seriously!!

Quick Pro is very quick. We were able to get out washer fixed on the same day. It was going to be a long day if my husband would have to complete the job. He did not have the right tools. He utube how to fix the problem and it would have been a big problem because the technician did not have to do what was suggested. We are so happy. The washer is working and my husband did not have to be frustrated with working on the washer. It was a reasonable price for a house call. We definitely call for any future need.

I texted Gary after my dryer stopped drying. We went back and forth via text since I had multiple questions but Gary was always quick to respond. I ended up having him come out and he was able to get my dryer fixed quickly Ava at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend to friends or family.

Our washing machine wasn’t draining. Our technician Art arrived and repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price. He was polite and professional and gave me tips on avoiding the same problem in the future. I’m keeping their card for future use. Definitely recommend.
