The cleaners, Carly and Deborah, you matched me with, are so kind. They were very punctual and worked quickly. I like that they listened to what I needed and followed my instructions. They were very serious about their work and kept asking me if there was anything else I needed. They even offered to clean our yard, which was not part of the service (and, I totally did not expect them to). Friendly and professional.

Would not recommend and canceled the job halfway in.

Took 5 hours ($200+) to do a move-in deep clean of a small house but she only did kitchen and very small living room and bathroom. I understand deep cleaning takes longer but my 1000sq ft 2bd/1ba apartment in SF could be cleaned for $120 thoroughly. She quoted another 6 hours to finish the 2 tiny (empty) bedrooms and a basement studio apartment....no way.

My mom was able to come back to a clean home after her surgery and it was really helpful to not have to think about cleaning with everything else that was happening at the same time. The lady who came to clean our home was so wonderful. We will definitely call again!

We found Anita's through our neighbor. The housekeeper who came was Alejandra and I have to say she is by far the best we have had so far. We used to live in San Francisco and there is no shortage of choices there (though, very expensive!) but we were so impressed with Alejandra's professionalism and attention to detail.

She even cleaned our baseboards, even though we hadn't asked for it. We gave them a list of priorities like the office suggested, and in 4 hours Alejandra tackled that list and some more! We would love to have her come back again!

I have used Anita's twice already since I moved to Santa Cruz and the housekeepers on both occassions were really good. Their price is pretty reasonable, and service is excellent. My first time was a deep clean, and the lady who came Maria was really thorough. The second time I used them was to just keep up, and they sent me Alejandra who was very quick and professional. I would highly recommend either one of these ladies to anyone looking to get thier house professionally cleaned.

I highly recommend Anita's Housekeeping. We worked with them when we moved out of our rental to deep clean the space. We were lucky enough to be paired with Maria. She was reliable, did a fantastic job, and the agency let me know she has been working with them for over 20 years. Thanks Maria!!

Not the cheapest around, but thank goodness they were able to find a housekeeper at the last minute to help us with a deep clean in preparation for my in-laws' arrival. The housekeeper that came and cleaned also did our dishes and laundry AND folded our clothes. The last time we had cleaning was when we moved in, and I swear i could have done a better job. But, the lady from Anita's was really nice and really good. We will definitely use them again!

We have been working with Anita's Housekeeping for years and recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. They are great at communicating, and when we need to skip one of our bi-weekly cleaning, they accommodate that, too! It was not easy for us to let a stranger into our home, but Maria is excellent. Our regular cleaning lady cleans with the same care and quality that I do. Every day she comes is my favorite day of the week. We always get takeout that night so the kitchen can stay clean. She is polite and respectful, and it is the best feeling to know that the basics of the kitchen, baths, and floors are all taken care of.

L4U have done three large projects for us. Each of them looks as good as they day they were built, and none of them has moved 1/16".

Darrin and co. just completed a fourth project for us: an artificial turf play area for my kids. As always, L4U's work is immaculate, and their team is friendly and attentive to detail. My kids absolutely love the play area.

Landscape 4 U delivers craft and value with integrity and kindness.

We have used Landscape4U for three projects at our house and have been delighted with the results from each one. The workmanship on all aspects of each project was first class.

The first contract involved replacing a decaying fence and installing a paver sidewalk and French drains around our house to alleviate drainage problems. They completed this job quickly and efficiently: even after 20 years the drains work and the paver sidewalk and new fence improved the privacy in our backyard.

When we needed help with a second landscaping project, Landscape4U was our first choice. This time we replaced fencing and a deck in the backyard, had a new pad poured for the hot tub, a paver patio laid, a new driveway and walkways poured in front of the house, new drip irrigation installed and a beautiful arbor constructed over our front walk. Daren designed the arbor from a verbal description, creating a showpiece for our front yard. During this long project Daren and his crew showed up early every day, worked hard, and left the job site clean and safe each evening.

For our third project, they replaced a dying lawn in the backyard with artificial turf. Despite out initial skepticism, we are thrilled with the result. The new turf product looks almost like real grass, only better: no weeds and no need to mow or water all summer long.

One of the best parts of working with Daren is that he has lots of creative ideas, so when you are not sure of what to do or how to do it, he is ready with suggestions to solve the problems (even ones that you were unaware of). The increase in the "curb appeal" of our house has been striking. We receive compliments almost daily from our neighbors walking by. One gentleman driving by, stopped and took photos for ideas of what to do at his house. If we ever need more landscaping work, Daren will be the first one we call.

I’ve worked with LandScape 4U Inc several times through my company, Central Coast Engineering & Development Inc., and they’ve consistently delivered. They’re fast, efficient, and always check in to make sure I have everything I need.
