We had a problem with our Maytag Dryer not working/running, we thought it was a simple fuse after doing some self-diagnosis, which was not correct. We called the professionals and Plug-In services came out right away. They diagnosed the actual problem, ordered the parts needed and was back within a day or two to finish the job explaining everything along the way. They were great! Simple to work with.

I had an unusual problem with my furnace. It worked, but the fan wouldn’t start at the same time. The Fan worked also without the furnace.
Another technician came earlier charging for the inspection and suggested to replace the furnace.

This company has been flexible with the scheduling. The tech ran diagnostics and quickly found a wiring problem, fixing the issue.
Technician’s attention to details and professionalism were great. After fixing the problem he inspected the unit further, checked for possible leaks.

Matt is great. We had him help us with our HVAC system, overhead lighting, and broken washing machine. In each case he did solid work. Importantly, he worked with us to find the most sensible solution. Some contractors will leave you out of the decisions but not Matt. He will help you find the right solution to fix the problem!

I saw all of the (well-deserved) 5-star reviews of Matt, so I called him late one afternoon when the recessed ceiling lighting in our kitchen went out. He came over early the next morning, and he was able to diagnose and to solve what turned out to be a complicated matter in a relatively short period of time. Watching him work, it's clear that he is an electrical sleuth, and I immediately knew that I was fortunate to have found the right guy for the job. He is not only excellent at what he does, but he is also an excellent communicator -- both in setting up the appointment and in explaining what he is doing and why. He gets the absolute highest recommendation -- and my *only* hesitation in doing so is that I already know that he will quickly become very in-demand because of the exceptional service that he provides. The next time that I have any electrical issue -- or an issue with any appliance or HVAC system -- I will 100% be calling Matt (if I can get still get an appointment by then, that is! LOL). He is simply THE BEST.

Matt texted me before he arrived and was punctual. He kept me informed every step of the way. The control board on my dryer needed to be repaired or replaced. He repaired it the same day. The charges were what he said they would be. I would use them again if I need appliance repairs!

I cannot thank Matt from Plug-in Service enough! I was freaking out when my fridge stopped cooling, and I thought I was going to lose all my food. But thankfully, the technician arrived promptly and was able to fix the issue on-site.
He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the defrost sensor that had stopped working. I was so relieved to see the fridge cooling again! The technician was also very kind and patient, explaining what he was doing and answering all my questions.

I got a call during evening from my tenant that LG refrigerator stopped cooling and he called several appliance repair companies but they didn't want to come. I called Matt who was on the way back home from his work. He took my call and promised to come. He came to my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back next day morning with the part to fix the issue. His charge was also reasonable. I highly recommend Matt and would like to do business with him again in the future.

Matt is great! Our dishwasher leaked out onto our Kitchen floor late Friday night. We reached out to Plug-in Services the next day, Saturday. (We also reached out to two other repair places, but they were not able to get us in for 9 days!). Matt Got back to us right away, on his day off, said he had availability on Tuesday afternoon and when I told him I was pretty desperate, he scheduled us for Monday between 11-1! He let me know when he was on his way here. He was a delight to work with. He knew immediately what was wrong with the dishwasher and efficiently, and effectively repaired it. Protecting my wooden floor the whole time. I also want to mention that he was very accommodating to my sensitivities having just coming out of an illness. Miguel came out to the property within 25 minutes of my call. He identified the source of the toilet backing up and provided multiple options. We decided to wait and think about how to proceed and Miguel didn’t pressure us, just left his card. Will definitely call Miguel and Roto Rooter again.

I called in the morning and a plumber was at my house in the afternoon. The work was done quickly and very cleanly. It was a bit more expensive than I would have expected for 1 hour of work, but I believe it was a standard fee. The job was well done.

Gilbert from Roto-Rooter arrived promptly and gave me a very comprehensive overview of the kind of blockage that we had. He followed up with a clear description of the approach he would take to fix the issue, and then provided an estimate. I signed the proposal and the work commenced. Gilbert was very thorough and was able the clear the blockage; he also cleaned the pipes internally. A job well done.
