Needed a surveillance system put up at my home as theft has been on the rise and unfortunately my neighbors truck was recently broken into and all of his hand tools were stolen.. Bummer. I came across mytek pro’s on what seems to be a targeted ad on instagram.. Interesting how the algorithim added it to my feed after I looked into the cost of a surveillance system.

Any who, Steven responded promptly and set up a walk through to get the ground works of what I wanted and to also develop a strategy for routing the wires.

All in all, i’m so glad that I called a professional to come and set up the system as I would have probably butchered the job myself and had wires running everywhich way.

I was getting tired of the poor video quality on my wireless outdoors cameras for my house. I saw some newer technology at Costco and ran it by Steven and he said he has a far superior product which will last for many years.

I referred my home owner to hire MytekPros to do the installation of a surveillance system on the house. They showed up the very next day to appraise the install. The appraisal was fast and discrete without interrupting business operations at all.

The install was also done outside of normal working hours and was completed in a single day. The technician showed me how to access my surveillance from my phone and laptop from anywhere. The video quality is better than any other camera system I’ve seen so I opted to also do a system on my house. I can monitor both locations from the same app. Awesome.

I was referred to Steven at Mytek Pros from one of our vendors. I needed some electrical work done for my business and Steven was easy to work with and he was great at communicating back and forth asking the right questions before the install. I had purchased a fairly large freezer and wasn't sure if my building would have enough power. He was transparent with his pricing and explained exactly what he needed to do. When Steven first came to the house to do a quote, he was very thorough and accounted for all the materials he would need to complete our job. He did an excellent job wiring up a new circuit for additional outdoor lights, drilling through stucco and installing new light fixtures, and replacing ceiling fans and other indoor light fixtures.

He used existing holes wherever possible and never made an unnecessary hole or patch. When I asked him about weather sealing the outdoor light fixtures, he was one step ahead and already applied clear silicone to prevent water intrusion. Due to his professionalism and expertise, we would not hesitate to contact him in the future for additional electrical needs.

I enlisted the help of Mytek Pros to assist me with my residential home network and setup. Steve did a great job going above and beyond troubleshooting some electrical issues with the lighting system on pool.

Called Steve after Pentair couldn’t diagnose my pool problem. I was not prepared for the amazing customer service that Steve would provide. Instead of scheduling a appointment to come to the house, Steve troubleshooted with me over the phone and got my pool equipment working like new in less than 30 minutes.
