Omar and his team at Risk Free Serv were EXCELLENT. They came to my home to assess water damage from my master shower and identify any mold risks. We removed two drywall sections that were water damaged and found no mold. His staff was professional and respectful of my home. I highly recommend!

Was referred to this company by my plumber, who had fixed a sudden burst copper pipe in my attic crawl space. I was able to schedule an appointment with them next day and get an assessment, as well as a quote for the work that needed to be done. Mohammad was a great communicator and was transparent about the pricing as well as expectations for the job. He sent over his contracting team to remove all the water damage, and the team was GREAT! Very nice and respectful (and my dog loved them!) quick, and clean job. Very happy with the service provided from all team members and could not recommend them enough!

I was very impressed with this company for water damage repair and mold remediation. Their price was exceedingly fair, their crew was a pleasure to work with, and the work they did was great. They went out of their way to match the wall texture of the area they patched to the existing wall. I will be using them again if the need arises.

My elderly mother who has dementia had an air conditioning line condenser leak, and when we found out, I immediately called Omar who I had worked with on a prior project involving packing out of a home.

Within 2 hours one of their great employees Aiden came out to assess the damage. The following morning--Saturday the whole rest of the dream team crew came out-- John, Rafael, and Scott were there taking up the wet carpet, protecting flooring and carpeting and creating containment areas drying everything out with placing fans and dehumidifiers, and making sure everything was monitored over the next couple of days.

The team did a fantastic job of remediating everything--demo'ing the ruined drywall, insulation and carpeting, and chronicled everything with pictures and took lots of moisture readings over the time.
They left the containment and flooring protection areas in place so that my restoration contractor was able to work more easily. They were totally professional, and quick and they did a great job. Beyond what I expected.

They had to work around the HVAC company, and they had everything measured out and were able to give the measurements to my general contractor. They work well with others, and are really lovely people.

Finding Risk Free Serv was a total blessing. I can't say enough about them--and unfortunately I have had horrible experiences with leaks in the past. BOTTOM LINE IS you can trust Risk Free Serv to to a professional, quick, and caring response--they go above and beyond.

WHAT YOU COULD EXPERIENCE if you don't have a company like Risk Free Serv to work with.

There are a lot of people out there who are not good or trustworthy. In 2011 I had a flood at my house when I was out of town and Servpro did a horrible job at everything--actually ruining the flooring and causing a mold problem, and shaving off a very inexpensive door instead of replacing it, and overcharging me. Another company named Apex who came in at the behest of our plumber at my mom's house way overcharged us. (Our plumber insisted they come after the plumbers blew out a pipe when snaking a drain). Apex way overcharged us. As a result, I even dropped our plumber.

Risk Free Serv are trustworthy, and show up on time and do a fantastic job!!!!!

After a tragic dishwasher leak, my kitchen was full of water and I need professional help asap. They were response, professional and reliable and explained everything in great detail detail. After exploring options thy provided the proper equipment and were able to dry the whole area. Risk Free Serv did a wonderful job handling my project from beginning to end. Communication and quality of work was great. They helped refer me to some other contractors to help me through what is always a difficult and overwhelming process; dealing with a huge water leak in your home that disrupts everything. I would strongly recommend them versus some of the larger companies, which I’ve also had experiences with in the past, and you’re just another line item on a spreadsheet to get done and onto the next one as fast as possible.

Mohamad came over the day before and fixed what he could, but needed an additional part that required returning another day.

Fortunately our water was only shut off for a couple hours on both visits and instead of having to wait a couple days to finish the job, they came the next day.
