ELOR energy was exceptional to work with on my window project. From start to finish, I was given exemplary customer service, complete with high quality Milgard windows, custom designed to my satisfaction. Time of installation to replace ALL windows in my entire home was only 3 days. My home was left immaculate and beautiful. I highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ELOR Energy Inc. did a fabulous job of replacing my windows and sliding doors. They look wonderful!

The window sills did not need touch up paint. You wouldn’t have known they were replaced, because they look better than before. New, clear, shiny!

The slider doors needed a little modification from the prior doors that were installed. But you would not have known, because they installed a beautiful white trim that looks good with my crown molding!

The staff was professional, courteous, and cleaned as they worked. No fuss, no dust. They were quiet, quick, and did a quality installation! At a very reasonable price.

And I appreciate the transferable lifetime warranty on parts and labor.

Landon, Felipe, Jonathan and Santi were professional, timely, clean and personable. The office staff handled all HOA approvals and paperwork graciously, and answered my questions promptly. I am happy to recommend this amazing team.

Everyone I have been in contact with is very professional and I do get the impression they care about offering a quality experience. The sales pitch is very aggressive and only offers a certain rate if you accept on the spot. If you are prepared for that and have your research done, then I feel that I got a very competitive price and overall solid deal. However, that pitch can be a bit jarring/stressful. They helped with the HOA paperwork and made the experience as seamless as possible. The install was done efficiently and very professionally. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the work done by Elor and all of the staff I worked with.

Elor was very attentive and the follow up was amazing! They handled all dirty work of contacting property management to get approval, and we had our windows installed within a month of our initial inquiry. Angel was very responsive and helpful with the process from start to finish, and Raphael installed the windows quickly and was very helpful in walking me through the window functions. Would suggest you use elor for their peace of mind warranty options, as well as their professionalism and helpfulness.

I was blessed with the best window installers ever!! Jesus and his team were outstanding!! Not only were they kind and curtious, but their work and attention to detail impressive. I'm a perfectionist myself and Jesus delivered on ALL my expectations. Thank you so very much! One more window to go!!

Got Milgard window replacements throughout the house. From the sales and evaluation to the full install, every step was thorough and responsive. They also worked through our HOA to really minimize the effort required on our part. Installation was tidy and efficient, finishing the job quicker than expected even with our dogs running around some of the time. Big shoutout to our salesman, Landon, who answered all our questions and kept things super transparent!

All staff at Elor Energy made the process of working with them informative and seamless! They communicated often, were courteous and professional. We absolutely love our new windows, and are looking forward to assessing if there are other opportunities in home improvement Elor can help us with. The install team were awesome too: got there on time, got done within the expected timeframe, and left our home clean!

My wife and me are now retired. So I’ve been doing a lot of work that’s been needed around the home. Sarah sells representative for Elor Energy and showed us the different types and quality of windows that were available from them. She went over all the differences with the windows. We measured all the windows and the two sliding glass doors. From start to finish their incredibly professional group that know exactly what they’re doing. They told me the windows would take 5 to 7 weeks for them to be made. That was incredibly accurate. Before they came, I needed to do some painting and stucco work around some of the windows so after they install them, I would not have to take care of this. They called me up the week before and said the windows were in and schedule a time that they could install the windows. It took two days for all the windows to be installed and the two sliding glass doors. JOSE and Pedro were incredibly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job with all the windows. My windows were very complicated because they’re not all the same size and some of the windows have metal bars on them that they had to work around them. Overall, they were both incredibly efficient and very careful when they installed the windows to be just perfect.

I put a small amount of money down and did not have to pay the full amount until the job was done to my satisfaction. As soon as they were done, I knew I had no problems paying the final payment with him Overall, from the start to the finish, it was a very comfortable and no BS type of company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs good quality windows, install professionally.

Outstanding service! Prompt, fast, and Attention to detail provided from start of prepping the area, drop off of materials, installation, cosmetic touch-ups- cleaning, and disposal of trash and stay materials. Final install of all windows and doors went well...4 days. Courteous and professional crew. Worked around my family and minimized having to move between rooms as they were working. Definitely a company to recommend especially with an in-house installation crew-not subcontracted. Thanks again for the great work!

Very pleased with the ELOR Energy team who completed the exterior restoration project on my home. From much needed stucco repair at the beginning of the project to the exterior painting at the end, every step in the process was completed to my satisfaction by a dedicated, professional & efficient crew. Customer service was on the job. Installers were very respectful of my home, both inside and out. They respected my request as to where to start the job so my dog could be in the patio outside instead of a closed off room. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with the job and the product is top end.

We did our windows with Elor Energy and they did a great job. There was one window in particular that we had three other companies say was too small for them to install, but not for Elor! Thanks to Elor’s special licensure and custom type approach, they could install even the smallest window, because it’s all custom! Great job Elor!

ATTENTION HOME OWNERS!!! If you care about your home and want to have the proper window installation and available options, please use this company! After multiple estimates where someone comes to your home for 30-45 minutes, measures, and gives you multiple prices, all the while not knowing there are different types of installation, different warranties, etc.

When Elor came to our home, the representative took the time and gave us multiple options- what a pleasant surprise! And we were amazed to see all the different options and how Elor customized the window options to our home.

If anyone wants to get the right information and hold the knowledge, use this company. Highly recommended!!

I would highly recommend Elor Energy. The communication with me was great all the way through the project. Sana the sales rep was very knowledgeable about their services and did a great job explaining the process. There was some pressure to start the job as soon as possible but that also came with a nice discount if we did. Their workers were very professional and took care with our property. I couldn't be happier with the final results. Since their work is guaranteed for as long as you own your home it is a little more expensive but never having to touch the outside of the house again is a major advantage. They did everything we asked them to do even some things that were added after the job started

Elor Energy just completed the window installation for my house. I’m very happy about their services. Jesus Blanco was the project team leader. He is very friendly and professional. He patiently explained to me for any questions or concerns about the project. I was particularly pleased with the installation of the picture window in my living room. This project requires to completely remove the original window and built the new frames with tiles covering just like a little new house. Mr Blanco led his team with different skills and disciplines and worked very hard and diligently. In order to prevent us from cold in the night, they worked very late and during the weekend. When the little new house with picture was completed, it looks so beautiful and fantastic. I really like it. Both my wife and really appreciate Jesus Blanco and his team for their professionalism and dedication.

The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. The work crews were experienced, thorough, and respectful when working with us, the customer. They listened and understood our concerns about all aspects of the job.
The foreman, Homer, and the office scheduled materials, labor, and HOA approvals in a timely fashion. The scope of work was met and we are happy with the completed project.
