We bought our windows this summer and it has made a massive difference to our quality of life.

Last night, a high speed car-chase ended at the end of our street. 8 cop car sirens blaring, police helicopter circling, dogs barking and neighbors wandering about to get a better view of the activity. Our new windows allowed us to soundly sleep through the whole thing! Only 50ft away from the chaos, we didn't hear a thing! Talk about quality, sound proof windows!

Installation staff was also super friendly, completed 6 windows and a slider in a single day and even helped put window treatments back up. Reasonably priced and took a few weeks to get to the installation but it has been all worth it!

Elor was a pleasure to work with from the top down. We had our windows done by them 2 years ago and we just completed the Cool Life exterior coating done on our house. The pricing was very competitive and Kevin and his team did immaculate work. Thank you to Gladys as well for checking in on the progress every day. I would definitely recommend Elor for any home projects!

We were looking to have the exterior of our house painted and Elor Energy sent Sarah to give us a quote. She explained us the different types of paint/coating and convinced us that their product is superior with lifetime warranty. We agreed for them to do the job and they started the job the following day. The crew is very professional, always on time and finished the job in 2 weeks as promised. Overall they did an beautiful job from start to finish including prep and cleanup.

From the time that I met the Marketing Manager through to the installers, they have all been very professional. I have received follow-up calls to offer assistance with getting neighbor signatures; they handled the HOA submissions and arranged for a convenient installation day and time. We installed 18 window in our home, they removed blinds and replaced them.

We had an excellent experience with Elor Energy. In fact, we started with just a small subset of windows we wanted to replace and at the end of the project we opted to replace our remaining windows with them. We have already noticed a difference with our interior temperatures inside the house.

They made the entire process painless and seamless from matching our new windows with the previous owners minor updates. They also helped us interface with our HOA to get the project approved.

We had two separate installers come in, Sammy and Augie. They were both very professional and treated our space very professionally and cleaned up as if they were never there. Our 2nd project was larger and they completed it within a day when we were expecting at least two days.

We placed our faith and trust in Elor Energy, Inc. after nearly a year of courting and gathering several other bids. To backtrack a bit, we were renting our single family home in Fallbrook for several years prior purchasing it in late 2021 from the landlord. We knew the house needed a new roof, windows and solar to ensure its overall energy efficiency (the roof especially was in really bad shape and I don't think it would have made it through this intense winter of 2023). Elor came through for us big-time. Roof was handled in November 2022 in about a week with solar installation right on its heels in early December. Our beautiful windows, sliders and complimentary garage doors were installed later in January after the order arrived. The entire process was smooth overall. They really went to bat for us on packaging the whole thing with stellar financing, too. They've certainly earned our business and partnership moving forward where it applies to future home improvements (ex. getting the house painted, etc.) Thank you so much to Guy and the whole team! I think they're doing our entire region a major service in what they bring to the table related to quality and affordability, especially for this first-time homeowner.

From the first visit to the completed project, the salesperson, customer service, installation technicians, and office personnel have been excellent to work with. We had 17 windows mid-century aluminum windows replaced. The project was completed on time, with no issues and no surprises.

Elor did a great job. Super happy with the doors windows and the install. My brother-in-law does construction and noted some of the work done by saying “oh, I can tell they took their time to do this the right way”. As I mentioned he does construction so he did happen to also notice the (only 2) nails that went through where they should’ve have but overall the job was done really professionally and the company was easy to work with.

We just got new windows installed in our twins bedroom as we did not trust the integrity of the previous ones. The turn around time was exactly what they estimated, if not a little faster (the only hold up was approval from our HOA). Once approved the windows were done and installed within 2 weeks. The installation was very fast and efficient. The windows are absolutely beautiful and completely elevated the look of their room. It has also improved the temperature in their room—before there was always a cold draft, now it is always comfortable and noticeably warmer than all the rest of the rooms with the old windows. In the future we plan to do the rest of our home with Elor after such a great experience. We 100% recommend this company.

I recently had Elor Energy complete an exterior coating project on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew arrived on time, as scheduled, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. They began early in the morning, around 8 a.m., and wrapped up their work by late afternoon each day, maintaining a steady pace. The attention to detail was evident from the start, especially in the way they handled the trenching, which was kept low-impact and clean.

The stucco texture matching was perfect, and they seamlessly blended the new materials with the original structure. The trim work and fine lines were crisp, giving the house a fresh and polished look. The masking job was excellent as well—every window, door, and surface was carefully covered, ensuring no overspray or mess. They also replaced areas of damaged wood and stucco, making sure the integrity of the house was restored before applying the coating.

Throughout the process, the office staff was incredibly helpful and informative, keeping me updated on the project’s progress and answering any questions I had. Their customer service really stood out.

The coating itself is fantastic. It’s waterproof, so I no longer have to worry about repainting the house, and it even contains termite repellent, which gives me peace of mind. On top of that, the coating reflects heat off the house, making it more energy-efficient. Elor just completed the installation of my my Milgard windows and an Anlin brand slider with a medium doggy door. I've had an excellent experience throughout the process including Sales, Planning, and Installation. The installers did a great job, including the finer details like caulking small gaps etc, making the windows look great and be as energy efficient as possible. The windows keep our exterior noise so much better than the original single pane windows, and are highly efficient. Kudos to Salesman Arash, Angel in Planning/Installation, and the installation crew for all their hard work to make this a great experience.

The company painted the exterior of my home. Homer and his crew did a great job, were very thorough, patient with me choosing the color and understanding of any concerns. They cleaned up everything when done as well. I’ve received many compliments from family and friends. I love the color!

Overall, great experience. Communication was great, company moved pretty quickly. It took roughly 40 days from order to installation.
Windows are unbelievably expensive and I felt that they were the most reasonably priced compared to other options - but without question, the industry is grossly overpriced across the board.

The only piece of not great feedback I have is the quality of the small/side window we ordered. The bottom fits relatively loosely into the window and to be honest, I feel will probably be the window that breaks... While they have a great warranty and I'm not concerned that it would be replaced if it breaks, the reason we replaced the original window is for the same reason: the old bottom half was loose and fell out entirely.
It seems to be completely different quality and type of window from the large/front facing windows, which are great quality, dual paned, gas filled, etc.
