They communicated and understood my issue, provided guidance, and ultimately replaced the machine at no cost to me. Since then, they have continued to reach out via text to see if everything is working well and if I have any questions. This is a super proactive company that sincerely cares about its products and how they are impacting its customers' lives. Dustin from Rowan electric came to take care of a bunch of issues we needed addressed with our new old house that we recently purchased. He was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job. Dustin installed two new bathroom fans and an electrical outlet in the laundry room for easy access. One of bathroom's attic access was particularly difficult. He was friendly and professional throughout. The installations are excellent! We've used Rowan for our home electrical needs for over 15 years. We trust them.
