Todd from Chaney Electric has been our go to electrician for many years, he has always been reliable and done great work for us whether it was quick little fix or our major kitchen remodel.

Called Chaney Electric and asked for a quote AFTER I told him my issue he told me he was going on vacation for two weeks and I would need to call someone else. Don't get why he wouldn't tell me that from the start. Seem to me he just didn't want to bother. That's ok, but be upfront about it. So much for integrity.

My fiance and I were remodeling the back yard and decided to add some outdoor lighting around the bbq and fire pit. Chaney Electric accepted the job and exceeded out expectations with their work. It was great to have one of the most decorated electricians in San Diego working on our project because we were sure the job would get done correctly the first time. We love our new back yard.

Chaney Electric has been a local North County staple for electric needs for a very long time. When I was looking to remodel the interior of my home they were immediately recommended to me by a close personal friend. We decided to go with recessed lighting throughout our house and it turned out clean and beautiful. I will recommend Chaney Electric to anybody with electrical needs.

Todd did a bunch of work for us. He treated us well. He replaced our 2 electric panels, fixed switches and other items that simply made our electricity work better and/or better than it was prior. He does things the right way so that you get a good result that lasts, and doesn't take short cuts that others have done before him which were the causes of all of the issues he addressed. He is at the top of his craft.

Todd Chaney was very knowledgeable about his profession. Easy to get along with and on time, perfect schedule. We had a total remodeling process that Todd made easy. He knows the codes and all his work is clean and top notch. I couldn't suggest a better man for the job.

I have worked with Todd for a very long time at our property in Oceanside. Based on posted reviews of many different electricians I choose Todd Chaney at Chaney Electric to review my system and make recommendations based on what he saw. From the get go, he arrived on time and was very energetic like someone who really loved what he did. Super personal and speaking in easy to understand instructions, he guided me through everything he was looking at and provided me with all the materials need to meet my goals! He even contacted me the next day with additional insight after sleeping on it for a night! Super reasonable prices! He even charged me less than he initially quoted me which is always a pleasant surprise! I would definitely use Chaney Electric for all of my future electrical needs!

Todd came out and updated some bogus wiring from our home's previous owner and replaced some circuits in our breaker. He was very knowledgeable with safety and code. Straight to the point with fair pricing. Would recommend.
