The entire crew was polite and a pleasure to have working in our home. They offered a lot of money saving ideas and they did a wonderful job.

The service was flawless. I could not have asked for a better experience. Professional and friendly, keeping me informed every step of the way during the process. Had them do work for me at another home and the process went so smoothly I had them do work in a rental property I have.

Sean Ryan came out to solve our older homes complicated wiring issue. He listened to the history attentively and explained where he felt the issue was and worked cheerfully explaining in layman’s terms what he was doing. He restored functuality to our four gate pillar lights as well as our large decorative street lamp in the backyard that was abandoned midway by a previous electrician. (Tight, awkward access). He is a pleasure to work with and a fine representative to his company. Would absolutely call Sean at Service Rite Electrical again.

Service Rite put in a Ring Doorbell and higher-voltage doorbell transformer for us. They were the only electrician service I called (out of 13) that could provide a valid contractor's license, proof of liability and worker's comp insurance, had any openings for the next 2 months, and weren't surly and condescending. Armando was lovely and fast, and even helped us choose between 2 doorbell mounts we had as options. Highly recommended!

I needed someone extremely meticulous and trustworthy for a whole panel upgrade. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood all the steps involved. They double-checked to ensure everything is up to code and 100% safe. The amount of work that was done is mind-blowing. I have total peace of mind now that I know the electrical system is going to be safe for a long time.

He brought his son along (whom he is apparently training on-the-job) and overcharged me for what little help his son provided. At the end of the job the two of them sat in their truck writing out a very detailed invoice; I figure it cost me $25 extra (just for the invoice) because I also paid for the time he wrote the invoice. Will not use again.

John and his son have been amazing. I have used them for various issues at my apartment since April. They are quick to respond, easy to communicate with, fairly priced, they are always professional, and they are respectful with keeping their masks on during this pandemic. It is great to see this father and son team work together. This summer they have fixed outlets, repaired an issue I had with an overhead light, installed fans, and replaced a bathroom light/fan. I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of their work and will continue to use them in the future.

John replaced 3 pendant lights in our kitchen. He was very efficient, knowledgable and completed the installation perfectly.
He helped us identify an issue with our ceiling fan as a courtesy. We highly recommend J. Reinhardt Electric, Inc.

Had electrical upgrades done, GFI inside and out, whole house fan switch. Nice guys, professional very affordable. We will call them for all our electrical needs.
