Best carpet cleaner hands down! He thoroughly cleaned the carpet right with no visible stains left at all. Our carpet was very dirty in all the high traffic areas and also had pet urine smell that previous carpet cleaning companies just masked the odor for a few days.

BEWARE!

I had the worst experience with this company. My carpet looked just as bad as it did before they arrived. I ended up paying $130 on top of the amount I had already purchased for carpet cleaning for, to make sure I would have the best possible outcome!

They took about 45 mins to complete the service… I was kind of thrown back when I saw the results were nothing like I was told. The more it dried the worse it got. So..I went back to my cameras, and I looked to see what exactly was done.

The gentleman spent roughly 4 minutes in my master bedroom, 3 minutes in my second bedroom and about 6 minutes total in my hallway and living room. he did spend a couple of minutes walking around spraying Stuff-cleaner I assume, before he began. So we can count about six minutes for that…but the rest of the time, you ask? He was on his phone. But whatever that wasn’t even a problem as long as my carpet was cleaned.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I reached out to ask them to either come back and redo the service or all I wanted was a possible partial refund so that I could reach out to another carpet clean company. I didn’t ask back for even half of my money because he did still show up and do stuff. All they did was offer me $50 Gift card to target or Amazon…that I have yet to receive and probably never will. Unfortunately.

Unfortunately I gave this gentleman cash when I paid for the additional services otherwise I would have reached out to my bank. I initially purchased my services from Groupon and I am currently waiting to hear back from them regarding this situation. Do not waste your time with this company. This man was so incredibly rude to me on the phone when I called to express my concerns all he would say is what do you want me to do? What do you want me to do? He was arguing with me like crazy. I expressed to him what I wanted him to do and he would make it seem likeI’m crazy I’m making it up. This company took advantage of me. Just see the attached pictures of the results of my carpet and that will tell you enough.

I do want to clarify my carpet was not in the greatest condition. I knew every single stain would not come out but marker from washable Crayola markers should’ve most definitely come out when they cleaned my carpet. Small stains of my son spilling juice should have come out. The next day I purchased a carpet shampooer and I was able to get those stains out in a matter of minutes.

ETA: This absolutely is a review of your business and craftsmanship. Flag the review all you want I. Will re post it and other platforms as well. You do dirty work.

I was given this carpet cleaning for my birthday. What a great gift and they were on time and wonderful in asking me what my needs were. They did the most spectacular job and I was really surprised to see the final result. He even did an area he had thought would be impossible ..

Conder Carpet has been cleaning the carpet in my home for ten years. The technician, Kurt, is always prompt, professional and does an excellent job, even on tough stains. Highly recommend.
