Chris and Noah cleaned my couch, chair, and mattress after a renter left my house in shambles. They were able to come the day after I called, and they did an excellent job. Chris gave an honest assessment of what marks he would be able to remove and he reviewed the price options before starting. Everything came out as good as new! They cleaned the space where they worked and were very courteous and polite. I highly recommend BnK and will surely call them next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning.

Great service and even better work! I had a RED candle spill wax on my living room carpet and didn't notice for a few hours until it was dried into the carpet. I called a few local carpet cleaners, and BnK Chem-Dry had the best customer service and was the best priced. Plus Chris was so kind and helpful - he even went out of his way to come within a couple hours of me calling even though they were fully booked. I can't thank him enough for completely cleaning the carpet - not even a drop of red residue left, and that's the hardest color to clean. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend them over anyone else for all your carpet cleaning needs. I will be returning as a happy customer!

I’m so happy with the level of service and results! They responded immediately and were able to do the job same day. Our technician was Noah, and he did a thorough consultation and gave me several options on how to go about getting pet dander and stains out of our couch and area rug. He was nice, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Another benefit is that everything dried quickly and feels/smells super clean! Chris did a great job! We had some pet stains that I didn’t expect to come clean but they did and our carpet looks like new. He also cleaned our sofa which looks great too. It was a little more expensive than what I paid another company last time but it was well worth the extra money. You definitely get what you pay for!

Chris and team were professional in every way. He was knowledgeable about the fabric on my very large sectional and additional chair and ottoman. I have new expensive wood floors which they carefully protected. While he gave me a few options, Chris did not try to oversell his services. My furniture looked great and nice and clean. We have used these guys, for over 15 years for carpets, rugs, and couches! They do the very best job and really stand by their work. The owner comes out personally & makes sure everything is just right and may even be right there doing the work himself. If they cost a bit more than some others, it’s definitely worth it to have someone in your home that is totally trustworthy! Just yesterday, Chris, the owner sent his employee out for a quick second visit to double check our area rugs & put a final touch on them! They are very conscientious! We feel this kind of regular care has actually made our rugs and carpet last MUCH MUCH longer, and we’ll continue to be loyal customers until Chris retires someday! :)

BnK ChemDry did a great job for me. They kept in touch around the arrival time and the guy worked really hard to get my white couch and white linen dining chairs very clean. Everything looks great and dried well overnight. I will use them again in the future.

I had some living room chairs and dining room chairs that needed cleaning. I was impressed with the amount of effort that was put into cleaning everything. The chairs look great and I’ll probably get many more years out of them. I thought the price per chair was reasonable. I’d recommend them.

Chris called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He explained and priced every step for each item before he started the cleaning. Chris explain the timeline for each couch and rug to be done and the drying after process. He worked around our needs and kept the home clear for daily activities. Very happy with the final results. Ashlyn was amazing, what a hard worker! She was concerned about a couple of tough stains that she REALLY worked on and decided to not charge us as much as the estimate. Once the chairs dried, the stains could only be seen if you were really looking for them. Ashylyn is a BNK CHEN-Dry gem. Being new to the area we were looking for a good upholstery cleaning company…we found it!

The couches and rugs were clean yet went lint was left around one of the carpets, and there was still lots of dog hair woven into the couch fabric

Super friendly service

This was the first time we cleaned our carpets other than using a steam cleaning service. Interesting process and much different equipment than steam cleaning. While the process takes a little bit longer, the results are noticeably better and you don't get the weird feeling of the cleaning stuff still in the dry carpet which we've noticed a few time after our carpet had been previously cleaned. The overall cost was a little more but that was due to the pet treatment we added that worked really well. We're going to try their tile cleaning and seal to see how that works. We're very pleased with the carpet!

UPDATE! - We just used them again, this will be the 3rd time. As before, they showed up on time, actually 15 minutes early, they reviewed the areas we were doing, and started within a few minutes. All was done very well, the tile and grout look great. They finished a little earlier than I thought they would, with all being dried per their explanation and my expectations. Well Done BnK Chem-Dry!

BnK is my go to carpet cleaners. They are friendly, responsive, reasonably priced, and do great work. They have been cleaning our carpets for almost three years now and every time is the same high level of service.

We called BnK Chem-Dry because of all the great reviews and we are so glad we did. They came out the next day to take care of an emergency situation due to a water leak. They were professional, did a great job, and their prices were reasonable. We will use them from now on for any carpet cleaning needs.
