This is not the first time we have used BnK Chem-Dry for cleaning our carpets. They have always provided excellent service with professional technicians. They communicate well and alert you when they are on the way, setting up an appointment is easy and we are very happy with the results of them cleaning and removing stains. We will use them again.

Their service was impeccable; Josh texted before he arrived and arrived on time. He was kind and quick, making sure to explain the process. My area rug and couch cushion, where my dog likes to sit, came out SO clean and smelling fresh. I was in a cleaning spree in anticipation of baby to arrive and this was the last piece I needed so I could feel like I could welcome baby. The price was absolutely reasonable and the service was quick. I am so impressed!

The part that really astounded me though was their personal touch. I scheduled the rug cleaning while 9 months pregnant and needed to reschedule it because baby came the day before the appointment. They rescheduled quick and easy- no hassle- for the next week.

In the next few days I had a brand new baby and a package arrived. Mama Bear (Cheryl) heard about my rescheduling due to baby and she sent me a baby gift - handprint and footprint keepsake - and some scar bandages for me for my C section. I couldn’t believe a business that I had - yet - to do business with sent me such a thoughtful gift. What an AMAZING personal touch. I am completely floored!

It’s a family run business like this that makes the difference. It truly shows a special touch. Thanks for making my life a little easier and more special during the newborn phase. I will be doing business with you again!

Had my carpets cleaned today and they look like brand new! This is the best my carpets have looked in a long time! Ashley did such a great job and took her time to make sure everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend this company. They have the newest water extraction equipment and the results are amazing!

Fantastic experience. The carpets are renewed and smell great. I like that they don’t use a lot of water. Not mucky, and fresher than steam cleaning. Brian was prompt, efficient, and very nice.

A world of difference compared to other ChemDrys who use a portable cleaner! It does not have the proper suction to clean!!!
Trust me I’ve used BNK for 9 yrs!

I recently used Brown’s ChemDry and my carpet became more stained, discolored and smelt bad!!
Customer Service was good but their equipment does not do the job like BNK does!!!

The other local ChemDry will only disappoint you and your carpet!!

The most friendly and quality service! My carpets look and feel significantly cleaner! Brian is very thorough, detail oriented, and eager to help. He was also early which is great in my book. Very reasonably priced as well. This is my second time using them and I have been very happy! I would definitely recommend using this company and will be using them again myself in the future!

This was a great experience. My technician sent me a text message letting me know of her arrival time and she arrived on time. She was pleasant, professional and worked very efficiently to clean my carpets and sectional couch. Even my 20 year old bedroom carpet looks fresh and like new. Very happy and would recommend again.
