The process from start to finish was 100% perfect. Easy to schedule great confirmation of my appointment. Brian called on his way to let me know when he would be here exactly. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and Man. Did he do an unbelievable job on my house. I’ve never seen it. Look more beautiful. He put an extremely large amount of time and energy into it and it was very appreciated. I recommend them very highly.

Carpets still wet on Wednesday after cleaning on Monday. I called and my concerns were not addressed,
Spots remain on one carpet. These were not caused by pet stains.
And I was charged $200.00 over the quote!!!
On my very expensive area rug, the color is changed on areas treated and the rug won’t lay flat now.
So bummed. I was better off not having my carpets cleaned.and I just noticed material pulled out of my expensive rug!!!

This company really knows how to identify problem areas, and solve issues - they saved us on our recent post construction project - CHEERS!
