They have been coming to my house almost every month for over 2 years. They are fast and provide excellent service. I am always happy with how clean my home is after they come.

They have been cleaning my home every other week for over two years now. They are punctual, great communicators, and leave my home beautiful- every time! I would highly recommend them.

We hired them to come out today to clean our 1,600 sqft home in Oceanside. They sent 3 women and were here for 3.5 hours and charged us $600. They were not very attention detailed, skipping over several areas, vacuuming, mopping and dusting around chairs, furniture and other things instead of moving them and getting underneath. Definitely did not feel it was worth the amount we paid for some super basic cleaning.

But the worst part was when we noticed a brand new stain on our kitchen island and informed the owner, Elia. We sent her a picture and she immediately got defensive and started gaslighting us. She sent us a photo she took before and tried to make us believe the stain was in the original photo (gaslighting). Then she sent back two of the women who cleaned our house and they tried to gaslight us into believing the stain was already there and explaining that they don't use dark products so it wasn't them. But we know this stain was never there before and we noticed it immediately. We realized the stain was probably from the rag that was used to clean the grease from our oven and explained that to Elia. To which she replied, "I've been in this industry for 30 years, excuse me but that's not possible." And she followed that up by basically saying she wasn't going to do anything about it because she had "proof."

Look, mistakes happen and we are very understandable people. I wasn't even that mad about the stains but I am furious with the way Elia decided to handle it. She's basically implying that we're trying to scam her after paying her $600?!? Make it make sense. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's important to take ownership when they happen, which Elia is completely incapable of doing.

I believe all of these 5 star reviews are fake because how could someone with such horrendous customer service stay in business much less receive 5 star reviews.

The team from Warriors of the Order did an outstanding job cleaning my house. They arrived promptly, professionally dressed, and with great equipment. I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. With three of them, they were done in less time with great results.

The owner of the company is liar. She priced differently on the phone then she came in the house and stopped the work changed the price to double.do not trust her
But cleaner 4 girls were great and polite.

Cleaning Authority of San Diego a total disservice a disaster charged my credit card 4 times for one job and a run around of emails. Stay away from these people.
