We had used naked clean previously (maybe 5-7 years ago) and had always had a good experience. We had them out to do a clean and overall was very mediocre. Normally when my house has been cleaned you walk in and have that amazing fresh feeling. This time I walked in and instead just noticed areas that were missed. The cleaners also accidentally broke a shelf in our fridge. It shattered everywhere. We did get reimbursed for a replacement however not only did they then have to spend part of their cleaning time cleaning up the mess but we just found a ton of glass still under our fridge. Admittedly our house had not been professionally cleaned it 3 years so maybe their cleaning products just weren’t strong enough for what we needed.

I am pregnant and decided to hire a monthly cleaning service for my apartment that uses natural products. I was very pleased with the cleaning service I received from Naked Clean. The cleaners did an incredible job! My apartment has never looked so clean and spotless. They were able to remove thick gunk/grease stains off my kitchen floor and walls around my stove that I have never been able to remove myself. They also removed all the rust stains off our metal kitchen sink. My sink looked brand new. Every surface was thoroughly dusted as well. My husband and I are really looking forward to having our apartment cleaned with Naked Clean's monthly service :-)

Griselda from Naked Clean did a great job cleaning our family home. I did a treat myself thing and did a one time clean as I really didn't want to deep clean my house. I'm so happy I did. It literally was one of the best treat myself things I've done for myself in a while :) I was very happy and thankful of the job she did.

Dave and Patty from Naked Clean were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, I felt 100% confident in their commitment to providing us with excellent customer service.
To top it all off, Eleazar, Veronica and Yveth were wonderful with our two dogs and the house was beyond sparkling when they left! They did such a great job that I convinced my husband to have them come in for bi-weekly service versus once a month :).

We have been using Naked Clean for years. They are reliable, flexible and friendly. They are efficient, in and out quickly. Eleazar and his crew systematically start at one end of the house and work to the other, leaving only *clean* in their path. I have a bunch of nick naks on my bedside table that they never fail to pick up and dust under. I highly recommend the Naked Clean team to anyone looking for a clean house.

My husband and I could not be happier with the cleaning that Rosa and Rosa have been doing the last 2 months. They are fast, thorough and really excellent. Since my husband and I are so busy, we weren't able to clean our place as much as we wanted. When I found Naked Clean online I convinced him to give it a try - I don't know who is happier now!?

Our place is spotless every time they leave and we have appreciated their help so much! The fact that they come every two weeks is amazing as well - our place isn't able to get that dirty!? Phew!!

I've happily used this service for at least 2 years. I'm only stopping now because I'm moving. The people on the phone are very easy to work with. Scheduling was always easy, and they send reminders before every scheduled cleaning. They let you know who will be there (so, if your regular person/team can't come, they'll let you know who is subbing). The team I had was absolutely wonderful (go team Maura!). For the first cleaning or two I had some feedback that I communicated to the main office (I'm obsessed with the bathroom floor being immaculate), and it has never been a problem since! Communication is clear, immediate, and effective. The team always does something extra (switch out laundry, clean the fridge, sweep the patio, etc.). It has been such a pleasure having them clean!

Naked Clean and their plethora of cleaners/maids were fantastic, from reaching out for a quote and discussing price and requirements to the carrying out of the deep clean we ordered.
The cleaners on site were quiet, efficient and respectful.
Couldn't have asked for more, and highly recommended.

Naked Clean did a fabulous job on every inch of our home. They gave friendly service, accommodated our request to have someone come out last minute, and provided detailed cleaning that surpassed our expectations.

The day after the cleaning, we had a lease-renewal inspection from our apartment property manager and she kept commenting on how clean the place was. That's the best testament to a job well done I can think of. :)

I really appreciate that the Naked Clean office team is really responsive and attentive to my needs. If there are every questions or issues with the cleaning (which there aren't many at all) they respond right away and make sure to do all they can to ensure me and my home are taken care of. Rosa and Lupita are a wonderful cleaning team and I look forward to my regular scheduled cleanings with them.

I had a great experience with Naked Clean and Marilyn. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called and the service was a reasonable price. Marilyn did an excellent job with the clean and everyone was wonderful to work with. I will definitely use them again.

My family has just moved to the area, and I had received a recommendation to call Naked Clean. I was able to schedule a few hours fairly quickly, and the person who came to our house was very polite, wore a mask, and was very attentive to the specific things that I needed cleaned in our home.
Jesi did an amazing job cleaning our showers, floors, and baseboards.
Since we have an eight month old, crawling around, it was very important that we get any dust or other dirt that he could put his mouth on. Jesi also worked quickly and it was a good value of time.

Naked Clean has been our cleaning service for at least a decade now, and have never let us down. Our newest cleaner, Elvira, is so detail-oriented and leaves the house looking perfect. Such a joy to come home to!

Isabel did an amazing job cleaning my bare wood floors and dusting every surface within my home in 3 hours. I would highly recommend asking for Isabel, as she knows exactly what it takes to do a complete, 100% perfect cleaning job! She showed up within the time range mentioned by Brenda, and got to work, allowing me to take care of other things. I would most certainly set up a monthly cleaning plan with her.

The cleaner has been reliable, my home is left secure, everything is in its proper place, and there is no dust or dirt anywhere. In the past with other help, I've had to do cleaning before and after they came, but not so with Naked Clean - they are doing a thorough job and leave my home truly clean - in the following days, I've never found hidden dust pushed aside, it's really gone. Naked clean has been cleaning our hom for the 7 months. I believe there are not enough kind things to say regarding the excellent service I receive. Rosa and Jessi are always on time, more importantly they never miss anything that is part of our clean. They always go above and beyond for us and end up doing more then is requested, which is absolutely unheard of. I will be staying with Naked clean for years to come, as their service is the best we have ever had.
