I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to caution others from falling victim to their unprofessionalism and deceitful practices.

Initially, I called Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning on Tuesday, April 23rd, to schedule a cleaning service for my couch and area rug. Upon inquiry, they quoted me a reasonable price of $135 for the job.

However, when their technician arrived on Thursday, the situation took a drastic turn for the worse. Suddenly, the price skyrocketed to $300, more than double the original quote! To make matters worse, they demanded cash payment on the spot, threatening to charge even more if I didn't comply.

Despite my reservations, I allowed the technician to proceed with the cleaning. However, upon completion, it became glaringly evident that the service was subpar at best. Numerous dirty spots remained untouched, despite assurances from the technician that they would be addressed once the couch dried.

To my horror, upon closer inspection that evening, I discovered not only were the stains still present, but the technician had also caused irreparable damage to my couch. A long rip and a gaping hole were visible on the cushion, which had been hastily flipped over in an attempt to conceal the damage.

In the aftermath, my attempts to seek resolution from Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning have been met with sheer negligence and disregard. Despite calling the company for four consecutive days, I have yet to receive a call back from a manager named David, as promised by their representatives each time.

At this juncture, I can only conclude that Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning operates with complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity. Their unscrupulous behavior, combined with their lack of accountability and responsiveness, leads me to believe that this company is nothing short of a scam.

In summary, I caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Save yourself the headache and disappointment by seeking reputable and trustworthy alternatives elsewhere.

I've enlisted the help of carpet cleaning services in the past for regular upkeep and for a thorough carpet cleaning of a whole building during a move-out situation in Carlsbad. On both occasions, Norman performed exceptionally well. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone. He even succeeded in removing persistent stains left by the former management when I first moved in. I recently hired this company to clean my sofas and carpets, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. They charged me $650 ( in cash) for a job that took only 45 minutes, which I initially accepted, thinking they would deliver high-quality results. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

When the carpets and sofas dried, I noticed that two of the rugs actually looked worse than before — the stains were more prominent, and the overall appearance was awful. I want to give a shoutout to Malik, who was committed to making it perfect. After several adjustments, he had the room redone. Malik can fix a carpet issue with amazing skill—I never thought it could be done, but I saw him work his magic. I was also really impressed with the installers, Gerald and Norman. They were friendly, experienced, and super helpful when it came to moving furniture. They worked together seamlessly and put in a lot of effort to get the room redo just right, which was quite a challenge. They successfully handled five seams instead of just one, with the carpet laid out at a 90-degree angle so that the seams were in different spots and directions. This helped to minimize the light catching on the seams and kept them out of the center of the room. Our carpet choice was tough since it has a wavy pattern and is very light in color. The happy ending is that every time we go upstairs, we absolutely love it! Great work!

Additionally, while he was present, we pulled a few rugs from storage and he rearranged the dining room furniture to clean those as well. This level of superior service is why I'll keep relying on Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning. They certainly deserve a 5-star rating.
