I highly recommend this company. It was my privilege to be assigned Monica and Sammie as the team for cleaning services in my home twice a month. They worked very well together, and got my house clean and tidy in an efficient manner.

We shopped around with at least five other companies and decided on Naked Clean for its professionalism and reasonable pricing. Brenda, their customer service rep was also very responsive, friendly, and quick to help with any changes needed.

I have been a Naked Clean customer for 8+ years and they do great work. The customer service is excellent, fair price, and I like that I can keep a credit card on file for payment. My cleaner Isabel is amazing. My apartment is always sparkling clean and I've never had any issues. She works quickly and does an excellent job.

I've been using Naked Clean for quite a while now, and am set up with monthly cleanings. Once on a regular schedule you have the same team come each time which really helps. Recently my initial cleaning team was no longer available so I was assigned Teresa and her team. They did an amazing job. They were on time, courteous, and left me with a VERY clean house. I'd definitely recommend trying Naked Clean and be sure to ask for Aide and her team.

I hired naked clean for a deep clean of my home. They gave me 3 cleaners for 1 hr. I said on the phone I wanted to make sure the window sills were cleaned because those were pretty dusty/dirty. When they finished I was disappointed. None of the window sills were cleaned, felt my room wasn’t vacuumed except for on the carpet (I have all hard wood floors), nor was my shower cleaned at all. I would not hire them. I think all they did was wipe down surfaces. Really sad to make this review because all reviews from them were great. :/

Aide and her team did an incredible job. There were only two of them and they were able to complete a really thorough deep clean of our 1200 sq ft house in 2.5 hours. They did floors, baseboards, bathrooms, our entire kitchen (left our sink the best we've ever seen!) and even picked up and cleaned our daughter's room and made her bed. We were so impressed and can't wait to get on their regular schedule.

Great experience with this company twice. Very quick, efficient, and thorough. It's like a magic wand was waved over the house and everything was cleaned and fresh as new. There was a small patch of mold I hadn't been able to get out of the bathroom for months, that they managed to make disappear! Alicia and Mary were great. Brenda was also great at the telephone booking and organizing of the cleaners. She did this with little notice, which made my move out very easy.

So disappointed!! $150 down the drain and my 800 square foot apartment is not clean at all. I paid for an hour and a half, they called me after 57 minutes and said they were done. Looks like they did nothing. Definitely will not use again.

Naked Clean was easy to work with. They did a free estimate and their prices are reasonable in the North County market. Lupita did a deep clean and my apartment was spotless.

First time ever using a cleaning service and I’ve always been nervous to! But! after using Named clean I feel so grateful for trying it out and having such a wonderful experience. Due to some back issues, it has been very hard to keep the home clean and I haven’t been able to get as much done around the house as I used to. So having Elvira from Naked Clean come and do such a great job before our family members were in town to visit for the holidays was such a huge weight off my back and a relief. She cleaned the bathroom so well we haven’t seen the bathroom that clean in a long time! I am very happy with the service she did! She was respectful of the spaces I asked her to not clean and was very easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using their service as a repeat customer

We have loved using Naked Clean for the past year! I originally booked them as a one-time deep clean and Lety did such an amazing job that I ended up booking her to clean our home 2x a month. She was punctual, always so friendly and very thorough. Everything was sparkling each time she left. On top of that, their prices are very fair. If you've done any research on cleaning businesses in the area, you'll know that their rates are reasonable and the best part, the job they do is impeccable!

Luci and Yareli did an incredible job cleaning our home! This was our first time working with them, and we were so impressed with how thorough and efficient they were. They left everything spotless in much less time than we were used to, which made a huge difference for us.

Was a customer for a year and quality of work and ability to be on time has completely gone downhill. I tried to work with them on the timing issue and offered to change my slot to later in the day, they moved it back 30 minutes and still never made it on time once. They would text that the cleaners would be there in the next 15 minutes and I would be lucky if they showed up in the next 30-45 minutes. Also they would rush through when they got to my house leaving many things undone and constantly use my cleaning supplies and swear they didn’t. The last straw was when the home office texted me that they couldn’t guarantee when the cleaners would get to my house going forward or be responsible for the quality of job the team would do and that they wouldn’t off discounts on jobs that weren’t finished or done to the standard they had given to me.

Alicia and her crew were awesome!! Brenda and Ivan have been great to get things rolling. We used them for a move in clean and they were so good we are going to use them for regular cleanings! Highly recommend!!!
