I love this service, it has been amazing and very cost-efficient! Everyone on the team is so kind and helpful and scheduling was a breeze. Luci did a wonderful job with our home-I didn't know it could be this clean! She was extremely fast and I am so thankful for everything she did. As long as I live in the area, I will always use them!

Naked Clean and my wonderful cleaner Luci did a fantastic job. It was easy to coordinate any changes with the customer service team. Luci worked quickly and did a thorough job. She was always pleasant, on time and flexible. We were just in the area temporarily but would definitely recommend both the company and Luci for anyone needing cleaning in or around Carlsbad.

First of all the woman I spoke to who scheduled the cleaning was beyond sweet and idk what it was but you can just tell in her voice that she was honest, so I went with this company (this if wife Amy posting)! The cleaner assigned was Marilyn, man she cleaned that house all by herself!! She did an amazing job like seriously!! I regret not tipping her but I was super broke! After moving out and moving in another home I was depleted, especially in Cali. Thank you for doing your thing with the home Marilyn! 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom home!

We use Naked Clean on a monthly schedule and are very pleased with their cleaning. If there are any issues, you can speak to customer service and they will handle it. Currently, Marilyn is our cleaning contact. She arrives on time and cleans very thoroughly. She was informed of our specific concerns in advance and did a wonderful job meeting expectations.

Aide and Estrella ( not sure if correct spelling) did a fabulous job getting our new 3510 sq ft home purchase cleaned and ready to go! They were very thorough and cleaned every surface inside and out of cabinets , appliances and even the tedious multiple plantation shutters which were so dirty and dusty ! Thanks ladies and Naked Clean! And I love that they were fine using my Branch Basics truly natural household cleaner everywhere !

I would say I had a Great experience with Griselda and her team. I needed a move out crew for a studio apartment. When they came I just let them work and do what they needed to do, I stayed outside and waited. The studio could fit only one or two people comfortably. Once Griselda and her team was done I was surprised with how clean it was. The studio looked like the first day I moved in. My landlord was surprised and impressed with the cleaning job and even asked me for the company I used.

I would love to use the services again in the future but I love on base now. So I would have to wait until I live off of base.

When I was selling my house and needed cleaning, they not only worked with me to schedule a time that worked for me but went above and beyond to make sure what I needed to make sure my house was worthy of selling.

The whole team was great and Mike was a good communicator and asked which items that I would like to be cleaned first, which was very helpful and I believe her name is Chrissy and she had a lovely tattoo below her neck that was round and she did a great job cleaning and she went above and beyond and was really good at multitasking too! Best cleaning service in San Diego. I’m very particular about cleaning and struggled to find a quality cleaner for my North County SD home, but Charming Casa exceeded all expectations. The cleaners are consistent every time they come. They leave no spot uncleaned, arrive and finish on time, do well in homes with pets, and use products that leave the place smelling clean and fresh rather than reeking of chemicals. Mike has impeccable customer service and their pricing is very competitive so I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Trevon was exceptional with his thoroughness. He did a perfect move out cleaning for me and was extremely polite and professional and kept me updated throughout the entirety of the cleaning. If I ever need cleaning services again I will be calling Charming Casa Services and requesting Trevon.

Two cleaners arrived and did an incredible job on my home, paying attention to every detail. They deep-cleaned the refrigerator, oven, and microwave so thoroughly everything looks brand new. I’m extremely impressed with their work and highly recommend.

Can't speak highly enough about Charming Casa Services. I reached out on Yelp and got a reply within an hour. Prices were reasonable and they gave me a first time discount. Booking an appointment was easy and the cleaners couldn't have done a better job. 10/10 will hire them again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They charge a lot and the quality of their work is far from acceptable.
On top of that, their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve called them several times to address the issues, but they have completely ignored me and taken no responsibility.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They overcharge for a rushed, low-quality job.

work was scheduled rapidly and our repairman came on time. Brayden gave an honest assessment of what could be done for our area rugs and carpeted bedrooms, then worked and thoroughly. pleased with results, and the cost was reasonable.
