Great service they know how to make every nook and cranny totally clean

Lynn and her team that work in Carlsbad are fabulous. They are hard workers and take care of the details as they clean . I consider myself a pretty picky person when it comes to cleaning. My husband and friends can vouch for that. I have been very happy with the team she sends to my home. Lynn is quick to respond to concerns. I definitely recommend this team.

I have had 3 cleanings with The Cleaning Authority so far. There were 2 initial cleanings and one regular cleaning. I have been very happy with all 3. They are very thorough and have done everything they said they would do. I'm very happy with their work!

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by the Cleaning Authority of Oceanside-Carlsbad. Their team did a fabulous job cleaning my home, going above and beyond my expectations. The baseboards were spotless, the tile was meticulously cleaned, and even the walls and cabinets were left looking pristine. Their attention to detail is truly superb. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone in need of top-notch cleaning services. You won't be disappointed!

The Cleaning Authority has done a great job at our home, putting the time and effort into each cleaning. With two kids and a dog, they have done wonderful ensuring each room gets the attention to detail needed! And they are great at bathrooms. Lynn is attentive to schedule changes and trues to always support the customer. I really appreciate this with our busy lives and work schedule.

Lynn (the owner) made sure she understood what my needs were and Ashley and Daisy provide excellent service each visit, taking care to even arrange my son’s stuffed animals on his bed (which he loves). I was in desperate need of house cleaning due to health issues. I contacted Cleaning Authority and interviewed Lynn who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I had my first cleaning today and the team (Rueben, Amber and CT) did a great job. I’m signing up for every 2 weeks and look forward to having this off my back!
They were all very willing to please and did a great job. Hector the supervisor stopped by and made sure everyone was doing a good job. He was very kind. Thank you all.

I’ve had an extremely good experience with this organization. They send competent individuals that are skilled in their Kraft and who provide an outstanding customer service to include communication..

The ownership takes great pride in making sure that they meet all of the expectations of their customers to include callbacks if needed for correction of needs to clean areas that may have been missed by accident.

Team arrived on time and ready to work. Cleaned areas required quickly and efficiently without disturbing occupant. Notified occupant when job was completed and they were leaving. Great job.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this cleaning company was extremely disappointing. Although the job was quoted in person, the original agreement was not honored on the day of service due to poor management execution and confusing communication. From the wrong number of team members being sent to then being charged for extra people to finish the under quoted job, it was a total mess.

Thorough cleaning instructions and expectations were discussed and areas of concern were emphasized, but much was left poorly executed and some even untouched.

Communication throughout the process was minimal — I had to initiate most of it myself. Even more concerning, there was a complete disregard for my request for consistent communication to ensure a smooth checkout once the team was finished.

Their proposed solution was to return the next day, even though it was made clear that only one day was available for cleaning due to other scheduled contractors. The cleaners were hardworking and did the best they could with the situation they were given, but poor management set them up for failure especially with how they handled the entire situation from the initial quote.

Overall, the job was left incomplete and not without tension in regard to payment.
There is definitely room for improvement in regard to time management among other things.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The cleaning team is always super friendly and easy to communicate with. They do a wonderful job cleaning. My house looks and smells amazing after they finish. The owner is also very sweet. Great company!
