Axel was fantastic—very quick to respond and did excellent work. Here’s what happened: We found a big stain on our living room carpet one morning, along with some old spots we had just ignored. Although we’re still not sure where the stain came from, Axel called me back right away, even though it was the weekend, and scheduled us for the start of the week. He really knows his stuff. The whole carpet was cleaned, and Axel mentioned I could call him if the large stain didn’t come out completely after it dried, since sometimes stains can be stubborn and need a second treatment. After it dried, the big stain was about 95% gone, and all the little stains had disappeared. There was only a faint outline left, so I called Axel again. He came back the very next day and did a special Oxy treatment, and that was all it needed. Now, the carpet looks brand new, just like when we first moved in. I’m very impressed with the whole experience. It’s rare to find a carpet cleaning company that really delivers on what they promise, but this one truly does. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great carpet cleaning.
