Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service. I called to setup an appointment within 7 days and they had an opening for me within 2 days of calling, but then on the day of the appointment suddenly they had to move it three days later. On the day of the appointment I received zero communication/confirmation as to what time they would be arriving within the time frame, and when I called to get an update they sounded like robots (probably a 3rd party taking their customer calls) and said "I'll get back you" but then NEVER did...after I called THREE times for an answer. Because they were so incredibly unprofessional, I cancelled altogether. I had moved all my furniture, had to displace family members for days, and then find a new carpet cleaner.
