The whole team at Spotless 'n Serene has never disappointed, not once. I have used them more than a handful of times, for different properties, some in decent shape, some uninhabitable. Every team they leave, things are cleaner than I could've imagined they'd be. If you need a deep clean, there's no better company that I could refer.

The team was attentive in making sure they understood the priority areas to tackle, and Eva was extremely responsive in both the planning and execution of the cleaning. I needed to have our new house deep-cleaned before we could move in because the previous owners had cats - the only thing I’m allergic to. Anyone with allergies knows how miserable life can be when you’re forced to spend time around whatever your allergic to. You can understand how vital it was that the house not only be cleaned, but really thoroughly worked through to get rid of as much evidence of the cats as possible. Spotless ‘n Serene did exactly that; I’ve been in the house for a week following their cleaning with no allergic symptoms to report. They were easy to book, thorough in their cleaning, and incredibly pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and can unreservedly recommend them.

I called at the last minute and they were able to accommodate my needs with prompt and friendly service! The communication was excellent. I received a text to let me know when they were on their way and the person who came to clean showed up on time and got right to work. The Deep clean was awesome, she even cleaned out my refrigerator! I would highly recommend!!

Karen (the owner) cleaned our townhome for a move-out cleaning. She did the single best clean that I have EVER seen. I am a pretty particlar person and had already done a reasonably good cleaning - her clean was incredibly thorough. She made the house shine and sparkle. It was a transformative experience. If I ever need another deep clean, I will always see if she is available. Note: deep cleaning at this quality does take some time, but it is totally worth it. Also for reference, I have used at least ten different cleaning services over the years in different locations, nobody has come close to the quality I saw with Karen.

I had a great experience dealing with Karen. She's very professional and was right on it when I called last minute on a weekend day. Her prices are reasonable especially for the quality of her work and she seemed very trustworthy. I will definitely call her for any future cleaning needs I have.

Mariz, Rosa n IIama from Aloha Maids are super good. We had them come to do a deep cleaning and Mariz sent Rosa n IIama, and they must be the best, they took their time and deep cleaned our whole house, it looked like brand new. I would recommend this cleaning service 100%. They were friendly, effecient , helpful and paid attention to details of their cleaning. When they left, our house was sparkling clean. I spoke with Christy and Alicia was on time to do a move out cleaning. She had 2 other helpers and they did a fantastic job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the same services, in fact, once we get fully settled in at our new home , I am most likely will be hiring them for a biweekly house cleaning.

Both elderly patents were in the hospital when i arrived from out of town to help care for them. The house needed a deep cleaning before they came home. The Aloha cleaning crew stepped in and did a five star cleaning of the whole house. Excellent work.
