I highly do not recommend. I booked service for move-out deep clean. After I stated we would need someone with a license, they canceled our appointment at 3pm on a Friday and our appointment was set for 8am on Monday. Worst experience ever.

Highly recommend Aloha Maids! We used them for move-in (Alicia's team) and move-out (Maria's team) cleanings, and they both did an amazing job. Communication was great, and they left the homes spotless.

Ethel was very professional on the phone and had such great customer service! I had to change some dates around last minute but she was very accommodating and made the process so much smoother! Fortunato was our carpet cleaner and he was courteous and diligent, getting right to work as he got there. We couldn’t be happier with how our carpets turned out. Thank you for the great experience!!

Had cleaning service provided for a condo I just moved out of. It was approximately 1600 square feet and no furniture. The cost was about $320 for cleaning of entire house (including inside oven and microwave) and additional $40 for scrubbing baseboards.
Mariz made the scheduling easy and always checked in to make sure the day was correct.
Delma and her partner were great and professional. They cleaned the condo in about 3.5 hours. Looked amazing!

Spotless 'n Serene has been amazing to work with. We were not happy with our previous cleaning service and were looking for someone when we found Karen. She promptly scheduled a deep clean to get our house back on track. The quality was unmatched, she cleaned areas our last service had missed for years. Now we are on a biweekly schedule and couldn't be happier. Great communication and value!

Great service! Easy to coordinate and they are super responsive. We were moving out and ran out of time to get the cleaning done ourselves but we were able to get everything scheduled and cleaned without any hassle through Spotless n Serene. Our entire condo was spotless after the cleaning. They gave me a courtesy text/call prior to arrival and again once everything was finished. Their customer service is amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, trustworthy cleaning service. 10 out of 10!

This was the first time ever that I had a housekeeper come to clean my home. They came early and asked a few questions like what was the focus areas and got to work immediately. They were friendly,kind and polite. I work nights and just got home so I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but the lady was Lily. The house looks so fresh and clean and they did it in a timely manner. We got a deep cleaning for 2 bathrooms, big kitchen and dining room and front room. They vacuum, dusted, mopped , scrubbed and cleaned the appliances including the greasy overhead microwave range that I thought was impossible to clean myself. I am definitely having and will use them again. Thank you so much.

I want to thank Mariz's for handling all the details to have my home cleaned today! Natalia arrived on time, and worked exstremely hard on all our bathrooms, granite counters and floors for our condo. She is very professional and did such a great job at the house. Thank Natalia!

We have a 2650 sq ft 2 story 4 bdr 2.5 bath home in Oceanside We decided we needed help with cleaning due to our age and medical conditions. Two maids arrived from Aloha promptly at the agreed appointment time. They started working immediately and did not stop once for the next 4 hours. The Maids started in the kitchen, washing countertops, stovetop and then dusting and cleaning baseboards. They cleaned inside our appliances including the refrigerator. Our bathrooms were spotlessly cleaned and the floors were all swept, vacuumed and/or washed. Our chairs and tables were cleaned and polished as well as our bookcases (filled with books and lots of knickknacks). Our windows and sliding glass door were cleaned to crystal clarity. Everything looked great and smelled wonderful. They even put all our trash into our garbage and recycling cans then lined all our inside trash cans with plastic bags. A very nice touch.

They did a great job, better than I can do. They missed cleaning some items but our place hadn’t had a good cleaning for over a year. We had lots of hair and dust buildup and tough areas to reach. I give them a solid B+ or maybe an A - (89%). We will use them again. They will come back every 4 weeks because we can’t afford to have them come more often as we are on a fixed income. Amazing service from providing me with a quote to actually doing the cleaning! Ethel made the process of getting me a quote/setting up my cleaning service so easy and Guadalupe did a phenomenal job cleaning! Professional, timely and spotless! Will definitely use this service again.

I must say….how extremely pleased I am with Aloha Maids. I have been helped with their services for almost 2 years. At the initial first point of contact, it is always so positive and joyful talking to Mariz to do my scheduling. She has a wonderful cheerful voice and is always accommodating with my constant changes and additions. Everyone I talk to at Aloha Maids are all very professional with attention to every detail. Alicia and her team always arrive on time and do a very thorough job deep cleaning for far more than my expectations. I highly recommend Alicia for all your home cleaning. I have had many maids over my long life…and Aloha Maids has outdone them all!

I had my one bedroom, one bathroom studio unit in Vista deep cleaned for a move-out of the unit. I have been at this unit for almost six years and have not really done much cleaning of it outside of vacuuming and dusting. So it was quite a job to have it cleaned and ready for inspection.
But it was great to have Ethel and Fortunato and her team to have my unit deep cleaned and also the carpets shampooed. I was pretty shocked how clean the unit looked as it was quite dirty from all those years of use. The entire process from booking to actual cleaning was very smooth and communication was constant and instant. This is a very professionally run unit and team and I highly recommend them for any of your house cleaning needs.

I am seriously downgrading my review due to the inability of who I assume is the owner to promptly respond to my numerous texts and emails to provide me with a proper invoice/receipt for services rendered. Prior to services performed, it was stated in my emails that an invoice/receipt would be given the day after services. The day after, I received no invoices. After repeated texts, I received emails just showing a generic statement showing that my credit cards were charged (within the body of their standard colorful fonts). These email copies were unacceptable to my landlord and thus my security deposit was at risk, so for the next several days I repeatedly tried to reach out to the owner via text and email which all went ignored. It finally took an email to what I assume is corporate to finally get PDF copies of my invoices. After the owner pleaded for me to write a positive review on Google for the services rendered, I did so hours after the cleanings were done. Yet the owner can't seem to provide a simple PDF file of the invoice/receipt which greatly stressed me as I am long ago moved away out of state. This is unacceptable. My recommendation if you use their services, is to NOT write any reviews until you get a PDF copy of your receipt/invoice in the email.

We had 3 maids come for 3 hours to clean a vacant house for sale, which was very dirty and had been abandoned. They did an amazing job! I felt like I was walking into a different house. They were very professional, provided updates, and let me know when they were almost done so I could walk through before they left. I am very impressed by this company!

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! First of all photos of the condition of the house were sent to the company. Two maids showed up and were shown what needed to be done. They agreed and said ok smiled and began to work. Neither maid spoke English which made communication difficult. They used google translate. They started the job, cleaned a very small bathroom. Then they looked at the master bathroom (which I admit was very dirty). They said they couldn’t continue because that bathroom was too dirty and said they were leaving. I told them to skip the master bath and master bedroom and just finish the rest of the job. They said ok and started washing dishes. It was at this time I went to clean the master bathroom myself. When I came out to the kitchen to get more paper towels one maid had left and the other one was standing in the kitchen with her purse and said they are leaving. (They had only washed about 8 drinking glasses). I called the company to complain but the “boss” said the maids said they cleaned a really bad bathroom and the living room. The maids sent the boss pictures of the master bathroom that they had refused to clean and claimed they cleaned it along with the living room. However, they did nothing in the living room because I had already cleaned it and I cleaned the master bathroom also. I was charged for a full double deep cleaning of $465 and received one clean bathroom. This company won’t give a refund they will simply say the charge is justified. Their customer review on their own site is a joke, it doesn’t allow you to leave a bad review. If I could rate them less than one star I would, it was a horrible experience. And to top it off I paid $465 and I had to do all the cleaning!!! They definitely DO NOT HAVE THE ALOHA SPIRIT!

Absolutely wonderful cleaning job! Very friendly and professional too. I’m a nurse and husband is in the navy so we don’t have time to clean much. She did an incredible job!

Liza and Tory did an amazing job with a 3 bedroom 3 bath rental that that was left in terrible shape. Phenomenal cleaning and extremely thorough, everything looks like new! I will definitely be calling on them again.

Mariz, Tory, and Sal did a great job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. They were done in one hour and it looked great.
