Coastal Refrigeration installed an all-new HVAC system with new ductwork in our house about 7 years ago and did an outstanding job. So we've been using them for routine service and preventative maintenance since then. The owner, Seth Woolsen, recently completed a routine but comprehensive service on our system that was up to his usual thorough and quality standards, including performance testing and replacing the UV sanitizer bulb in the condenser section. Seth is very easy to work with and always listens to and answers my questions and concerns. This time I had a question about replacing the electronic filter with a different type so he took the time to research it and provided the information I needed.
In the past I've recommended Coastal to two neighbors who both had new systems put in and were very pleased with the results. I would recommend Coastal again.

Seth installed a new furnace and a/c for me in 2019. I have been using him ever since and will continue to do so. He is very responsive and I really appreciate his texts letting me know when he is on the way to my house. He is always right on time.

Nothing but great things to say - quality of their work is top notch; Seth knows his trade! Prior home owner hired another HVAC company (that will go unnamed) to install the HVAC system - they did a sloppy job (probably without a permit) that caused several issues (water leaks, incorrectly piped water bypass, gas leak, etc.). Seth was able to correct the job and get the system working better than ever. Highly recommend if you want the job done right the first time.

Amazing service! Polite, excellent communication! They provided a thorough investigation of my heating and A/C. I originally called to ask that they check my A/C unit, as it was making a funny noise and was sounding like it was straining. It had not been maintained in years, so no surprise I needed a new one and new furnace due to several old and worn parts. They arrived early the day of to replace the two. Had both done by the early afternoon and were extremely neat and clean. Very professional. They answered all my questions and I couldn't be more pleased!

Follow-up: they returned to do the semi-annual maintenance and provided excellent service. I decided to have a UV light system installed to keep the system clean and providing good quality air. So pleased with the systems. All are running quietly, efficiently. Very thankful to these guys. :)

We are exceptionally pleased with Seth, the owner, and his company, Coastal Refrigeration. Our job included removal of old ducting and furnace and the installation of new, improved ducting and brand new furnace. We really appreciated that the owner of this air conditioning company was on site to make certain that the installation was a success. From the start, we found his bids to be complete and informative. He encouraged us to enlarge our air intake area so that the new system could function properly. We also felt that it was important that the install was followed up by an independent duct testing service and a city inspection. Our new system seems very powerful, and best of all, the air in our house seems so much cleaner.

We have used Seth and team on two different occasions and both times they exceeded expectations. The team was easy to work with, professional, and the rate/fee was a great deal. They installed an HVAC system that we have had for four years now and have been very satisfied with and they also did maintenance on the system two years after. Thank you Coastal!

Seth at Coastal is very knowledgable and gave us much needed advice when choosing our new heating and ac system. His crew was able to remove our old system and install a new heating/ac unit with all new ducting in one day. That was a big plus.
