Seth Woolson is very good at installing AC units and furnaces & we trust his attention to detail. We’ve had the pleasure of using his services twice - he is on time, communicative and leaves the work area spotless. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the air in our home is clean & filtered & just the right temperature. We recently had a broken furnace and he came over within hours to troubleshoot, turn off the gas, replace all our filters and book a service to replace the furnace that week. Much appreciated!

My daughter's air conditioning stopped working during our recent and severe heat wave. She's pregnant and has a 3 year old, so we were very concerned. I called Seth, and he was out within a couple of hours even though he was extremely busy. He was able to get the system running within a couple of hours!! We were so very happy that we knew and have used Seth for years . He's a wonderful person and very professional. I recommend him highly.

I called Seth for the first time after noticing water leaking from my furnace on a crazy hot California day. He told me he was finishing a job and he'd be there shortly. Roughly 30 minutes later, he was at my door.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote to fix it. While a previous AC maintenance guy had insisted I should upgrade my system, Seth did agree that my system was past its lifespan, but he said there was no real reason to upgrade at this time. Instead, he suggested we go with the fix, which I found to be very good and honest business.

Seth ran me through every step of the repair. From what was wrong, to why it was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. A couple hours later, he was done with the repairs.

This is one of these instances where I feel good paying a sizable amount of money to someone because I do feel like I got a lot in return. I didn't feel taken advantage of like I did before with other AC guys.

Seth is honest, friendly, a great communicator, and a true professional. I have saved his number for when my system eventually dies and needs replacement. Until then, I'll happily refer all my friends to him if they ever need heating or AC help.

Coastal Refrigeration Heating and Air came out to install a new WiFi thermostat and replaced my air vents. They came out on time and evaluated my system promptly. We went over all my options and they were able to install the same day. Pricing was good and Installation was great! They also helped setup the app on my phone for the WiFi thermostat. I highly recommend this company.

Seth and team fixed our old air conditioner for ~1k, was quoted by other local business ~6k, if it even could be fixed. Honesty and quality workmanship go a long way today. Well done I am a client for life.

Seth and his son did an incredible job cleaning my 2 AC units. They also found that the installer of one of my units took several installation shortcuts that could have led to a serious problem and they repaired the prior work to bring it up to code. Seth is honest, fastidious, professional and neat! I so appreciated his expertise and willingness to explain to me everything that he was doing and why.
