Revise review:
It’s been over a week since the Inspector Clean shampoo rug. In the 4 days there where a bad odor coming from the rug I thought maybe it will go away. I called Inspector about it he said he can come by but I thought they would come on 11/11 not 11/10. After I sent them pictures because the smell was unbearable and showed him that mildew is underneath the rug. He said that impossible were going to give you $50 back and we’re done. Wow

So in the future I WILL NOT use them again.

P.S what I learned from this is before I give anyone a 5 Star rating for services, I will wait at least a week. Got to go buy a new rug.

Jeff did a great job! I highly recommend. I needed an emergency rug clean and he got it done quickly. I will call him again for carpet cleaning in the future.

After another company could not clean the horrible stains our tenants left, we were considering carpet replacement. Luckily we decided to give it one more try and we contacted Inspector Clean. Jeff responded almost immediately. We decided to meet on the next day so he can see if he will be able to help. He called 30 min before arriving as he promised. When he came he confirmed he will be able to help and he gave us a demonstration. Jeff did an amazing job. He is also kind and he seems to have a great knowledge about carpet cleaning and best machines and tools. We strongly recommend his service. Thank you Jeff (and Sam)!!!

Wow, it is so nice to have been able to have dealings with Jays pool care. He always shows up and does a good job keeping the pool crystal clear. What I really appreciated was his honesty and just simply following through with what he said he would do. While the other guys talk a big game I found that this guy simply does his job.
