Chavez Clean Machine LLC has been cleaning hour home for the last 2 years and I cannot write a better review for Patricia and her crew. They are very profession and we trust them completely by giving them full access to our home when we are away. They have an excellent AirBNB turn around service as well that we use often. I had a mixed experience with this cleaning company. The first visit went well — a team of three spent about three hours thoroughly cleaning the house. However, the quality declined significantly on subsequent visits.

Later cleanings were done by just two people in under an hour, and unfortunately, the results reflected that. Floors were left with visible dirt, debris, and coffee stains. Corners were neglected, dusting was incomplete, and light fixtures were untouched. Several items listed in the estimate were missed entirely — for example, trash liners were not replaced.

In addition to the inconsistent cleaning quality, the scheduled time was frequently changed to an earlier time without confirmation. This became a challenge for us, as we initially agreed on a consistent time that worked well for our schedule. Constant changes made it difficult to plan our day accordingly.

I was especially disappointed because I had arranged for biweekly cleanings and always paid on time, even when the work did not meet expectations.
