We have used TCA for about a year. I love how they come in and get to work. I always know what rooms are the focus. The app gives me updated arrival times, I appreciate that. They are quick and always leave my house smelling clean and looking amazing.

Team 13 is the best! Very thorough, friendly, and fast. I am blessed to have such wonderful and trusted service.

Updated - unfortunately, over time the service became less attentive and was no longer satisfactory. Tried several times to correct with crews, but the cleaning wasn’t up to my expectations. I ended the service. (Over a year ago)

We have been clients of the Cleaning Authority for over 20 years. All the teams have done an excellent job over the years. Only once was there a breakage of a vase which the company replaced in a timely manner. Today we had Team 10 (Delores, Dora and Lucero). They did a fantastic cleaning on our house. I’m always impressed with how clean they get my kitchen, especially the stove top. The team definitely deserves a bonus for how hard they work.

I love The Cleaning Authority! Usually there are 3, sometimes 4, people on a team and they really get my house clean in 1 - 1 1/2. Today I was a little surprised when only 2 showed up. Team #7, Zulma and Maria, came and cleaned my house in 1 hour and did an amazing job! Thank you Zulma and Maria!!

The house looks and smells great! I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a few years and I definitely recommend them. They show up on time and get their job done quickly and efficiently. A few times in the past they have missed things on their list but all in all 9/10.

The folks that come to our house are wonderful! They are prompt, professional and provide the quality of cleaning that I was wanting….love them. Every last Thursday of the month, just like clock work, they come and can be counted on. No changing of schedules, calling in sick, etc….and I’ve used them for about 3+ years now. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Maria, Dilcia, and Luis (Team #9) for all their great work. I've been using the cleaning authority for 5+ years and they have always done a good job. Very responsive if I ever have concerns, very friendly staff, Maria has been a constant for quite a while now and always makes sure I'm happy with the service (if I'm home) before she leaves.

Team #11 visited and cleaned my home in Eskaton Village on Monday. This was their first visit to our home. With a minimum of discussion and directions the two member "team" proceeded to do an excellent job for the first of two anticipated DEEP CLEANING. The "Team" did an excellent job giving special attention to the Kitchen and two bathrooms. The entire house was addressed in an efficient and expert manner. My wife and I were quite pleased with the assigned "team" from The Cleaning Authority of Sacramento. We are looking forward to the 2nd Team Visit. If the second team visit an subsequent planned visits equal the initial "deep cleaning of our home", we will anticipate a long professional relationship with The Cleaning Authority - Sarament.

I had another team today and it was obvious they went the extra mile to make sure my home was beautifully clean for my upcoming holiday entertaining. I have had the Cleaning Authority clean my home for nearly 6 years and have been very satisfied. My regular team of Rosalia Zuleyma, and Guadalupe not only do an excellent job cleaning, they go out of their way to make sure everything looks as clean and inviting as possible before they leave. They are also unfailingly friendly and positive. Even my dog Sadie looks forward to their arrival.

I have to update my review; last week cleaners randomly entered our home without any prior notice and almost let our dogs out as a result. We live along a busy street, so this was a big concern. When I called in to share my experience, I was told that not calling ahead to confirm is now their policy, and customers are expected to download an app and monitor it for their future cleaning dates/times. If we had been called and told this information, or if an email had been sent out, we would have totally been fine with that. However, this change happened without any communication being sent out to current clients. When I called in again to cancel my account, I was told that it was actually untrue that clients would no longer be called to confirm cleaning dates/times. They also had a record of leaving a message to confirm the last clean, but I never received it. All of it put me off a bit, so I chose to discontinue using the service.

When you’re entering someone else’s home, there should always be a crystal clear communication between both parties involved. The cleaning has always been great though and we are so very appreciative of the cleaners, so my updated review is for overall experience of using the service. Also, Patty with the office team was always very kind and respectful to me, which I so valued.

I am so sad to say goodbye to my amazing cleaning team. I've been using them in my home for 7 years and they ALWAYS do a spectacular job. This last cleaning was a move out clean and I can tell you that the house just sparkled when they left. They cleaned inside every drawer and the front of all the cabinets, all the baseboards, every fan, all the blinds, and so much more. They delivered everything they said they would do efficiently, expertly and with a great attitude. The team of 3 worked really well together, dividing the jobs for maximum efficiency, and a supervisor checked their work. These ladies work so hard every day of the week, yet are always cheerful and full of energy when they arrive, no matter how many houses they've already done that day. There is no better company in my mind. They are honest, hardworking, personable and just wonderful all the way around. This business is well-managed. They never missed a cleaning or even rescheduled one time that I can remember. They always show up and get the job done. Well done!! And I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for years. Never a problem with thier work! Rosario, Isabel, and Ivan are a great team.

Team 12 came and did an initial deep clean for me today. Alma, Mose, and Carluis did a great job. They were on time, friendly, effiient and profesional and my house looks great. I look forward to having them come every week.

Not a transparent operation. When I called the intake center they explained that for a house of my size for a move-in clean it would take two cleaners two hours to fully clean the house at $70/hour. This seemed reasonable enough but once I spoke with the scheduling manager, Pattie, she insisted that it would require three cleaners at a minimum of two hours at $70/hour. She had the exact same information as what I had given the original person and nothing else that would indicate my home needed more attention.

Afterwards I called the intake center back to let them know there was some inconsistency in the quotes when they should be the same until the house is assessed in person. I then was left a fairly abrasive voicemail by the scheduling manager. I would not trust this company to follow through at their quoted price. What was originally quoted to be $280 for a move in clean could easily turn into a $600+ clean with how they tack on cleaners and hours.

We love our cleaning team. They are dependable and understand what we want. They clean our house beautifully every time. I like knowing that they are bonded and insured, and we have had the same team for over a year without a lot of turnover of staff. They cost more than hiring the new immigrant down the street, but they do a better job, and as I mentioned before, are reliable and consistent.

These ladies were the best!! 🤩 They were very nice, thorough, and took their time. I’m very satisfied and impressed with the attention to detail they put in. The quality of work and pricing was very reasonable, and as a mom, it’s so worth it! I highly recommend ✨

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for over 10 years I have quietly watched over the past few years and I cannot stay silent any longer. As the prices for service increase each year, the cleaning service gets exponentially worse. Nothing gets put back in its place when moved including shower heads, blinds, and all knickknacks. Items are not moved on the bathroom floors when mopping (I put a tennis ball behind one of the bathroom doors 6 weeks ago, and it hasn’t moved one centimeter). We have 4 BR and 3 1/2 BA and the cleaners are always finished in less than 2 hours. Even with 2-3 cleaners that is way too fast to do quality work. This is unacceptable, and I am not satisfied with the service we are currently receiving.
