Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

Just had my carpets cleaned and I can hardly believe how amazing they look! Not a single stain left, even though there were a few tough ones before. The carpet feels super soft now and smells fresh. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning for your carpet cleaning needs. I used to clean my carpets myself and thought I did a good job, but after seeing the results today, I know my equipment couldn't handle some stains that Wesley managed to remove completely. You really can't get better service than this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. If you need your carpets cleaned, call Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning. Jesse showed up right on time, wearing protective gear from head to toe. He checked over the whole carpet, found some stubborn stains, and explained what he would do. Jesse was friendly and clearly knew a lot about carpet cleaning. The job was finished quickly and every spot was cleaned well. The carpet dried fast, feels soft, and smells fresh. Customer service was also excellent!

We had never used a professional carpet cleaning service before, but after years with our five kids and two large dogs, our carpets in Carmichael really needed some help. I even looked into replacing the carpets with a darker color because they looked so worn out, but that was way too expensive. Then I talked with Jesse, who was very confident that most of the stains could be removed. Before starting, Jesse explained that there were just a couple of areas that might not come out—one spot had red ink from the kids, and another area had lost some color because of a chemical spill. But everything else came out spotless! The carpets look almost brand new now. I'm really happy we decided to get our carpets cleaned instead of spending a lot to replace them. We’ll definitely call Jesse’s team again whenever we need our carpets cleaned.

i am really impressed with the carpet cleaning service from jesse and his team. they showed up right on time, ready to go, and paid close attention to making sure my home stayed clean while they worked. they put down mats so nothing got tracked through the house, which i really appreciated. my oriental rugs have been cleaned by other companies before, but honestly, jesse and his crew did a much better job and it didn’t cost nearly as much. they worked quickly and the rugs were dry in no time. the citrus-based cleaning solution left my carpets smelling fresh and clean, without any strong odor. i was amazed at the difference in my rugs after they finished—everything looked so much brighter and cleaner. overall, the service was fantastic and the price was very fair. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great carpet cleaning.

i am happy to say my carpet looks spotless and fresh! caleb from Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning came to clean my dining room carpet after my daughter’s puppy had an accident. he used a special enzyme treatment to get rid of the pet urine and made sure to sanitize the carpet too. i didn’t even realize how important it is to disinfect after cleaning, but now my carpet feels truly clean and safe. it smells amazing, kind of like apples and cinnamon. the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

After moving into our new home, we noticed the carpets were really stained and looked worn out. We called Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning based on their great reviews and were so impressed with the results. Jesse was very friendly and did an amazing job—our carpets looked fresh and almost like new again. We were so happy with the work that we also had Jesse clean the carpets at our previous townhome before handing it back to the landlord. The difference was incredible, and the landlord even commented that the carpets looked brand new. We’re definitely planning to use this service for regular carpet cleaning in the future.

i had a wonderful experience with Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning. i called hoping to get my carpets cleaned the next day, and i was surprised when they said they could fit me in so quickly. caleb arrived right on time, was very professional, and took a few minutes to go over different cleaning options with me. the area in my living room had a pretty big stain, but after the cleaning, it was completely gone. the carpets looked fresh and felt really soft. my family and i really appreciate the great service. if you need your carpets cleaned in carmichael, give them a try—you'll be glad you did!

We had a fantastic experience getting our carpets cleaned in Carmichael. Richard, the technician, arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. He started by measuring all the rooms we wanted cleaned and explained the different cleaning options to us. We decided to go with the brush cleaning method, and it was definitely worth the small extra cost—our carpets look fresh and almost brand new! The next day, Richard followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the results, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this carpet cleaning service and look forward to using them again in the future.

i needed carpet cleaning in carmichael at the last minute because i had to travel unexpectedly and didn't want to leave my home with dirty floors. i called finest carmichael carpet cleaning, and caleb showed up within an hour, which really surprised me. he got right to work and was able to clean everything the same day, even though my carpets had some tough stains. after the job was finished, the carpets looked so much better—no stains left and everything smelled fresh and clean. it's not easy to find someone who can help on such short notice and still do a great job. i was really impressed and will definitely use them again.

Extremely professional service! After dealing with a water leak in my basement, Caleb came out and did an amazing job cleaning up and getting my carpets back to normal in just a few days. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly the whole time. Caleb definitely knows a lot about carpet cleaning and explained everything clearly. He even shampooed my carpets after the cleanup, and now my basement smells fresh again instead of musty like before. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone in Carmichael, and I’ll definitely call them again in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We have two pups, one senior who can "hold" it like she used to and one puppy who has finally gotten the hang of going outside ONLY as well as other visitor pups that confused my carpet with the puppy pad! My spot cleaning was not cutting it. I couldn't take it any longer, I needed the service done ASAP. Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation and came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and honest about some stains that, some former house guests left for me, will never come out but I appreciated him educating me on why. So I will be VERY adamant about no eating in bedrooms going forward (lesson learned).

Couple things I noted (and HIGHLY appreciate), even though I always vacuum my carpet before I get it cleaned, this is the first carpet cleaning service I have used that also vacuums the carpet before putting moisture on the floor. In case you didn't know that is a BIG deal because if they don't vacuum and then wet the floor that is just creating mud in your carpet that can get trapped (can you say recurring stains). He also vacuumed again AFTER he was done and uses the best cleaning method for your carpet and level of stains. He even clean my oversized area rug. It looks almost new again.

My whole house smells fresh and clean (the way I like it). Oh and the best part, his price was very reasonable! I am so so pleased! Thank you J (😉)!

I just want to say thank you Jeff for cleaning my carpet least minute it came out so good and the price was better than I expected

So let me start with how amazing my services from Jef were! It started off with first being able to get a same day appointment which made all the difference because everyone including inspector clean was booked I really needed the service!! It went from almost jet black carpets with dog hair and horrible odor to CLEAN with little to no smell!! When I say CLEAN I mean it I can’t stress that enough! Thank you so much for all your hard work and extended time you put in to making my place feel more comfortable You were awesome! Huge thank you to you and your beautiful family!!

Great work upstairs in our bedrooms. Just remodeled and there was paint stains on the carpet, Jeff was able to remove it with his carpet cleaner that does more than the average!

It’s really a quicker dry than the old ways of carpeting cleaning and Jeff was absolutely informative and did a awesome job from upstairs living areas to the stairs!!!

Jeff was really a wonderful person. He made sure he did the best job. He brought my sectional all the way back clean. It shocked me. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. If you need it clean Jeff is the one to do it. Thank you so much and I will be calling you for more services.

Jeff was great very professional and friendly I would recommend them to everybody.

If I could give these guys a zero star, I would have given them.

Punctuality is not their cup of tea. I had scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, they did not show up, and another guy called me and rescheduled it for other day (3 days later). I took unpaid leave from work, came to house early, and waited…. waited, called, and called they did not show up.

I would highly encourage all of you to save your precious time and money and absolutely under no circumstances recommend this place.

Wow! Inspector Clean in Rocklin, CA, blew me away! Sam and Jeff were absolute gems, working their magic on my tile, upholstery, and carpet, making my home shine like never before. Their friendly vibes and expert skills made the whole process a joy. I was so thrilled with their work that I couldn't help but tell my sister-in-law about them. Trust me, if you want your place to sparkle, Inspector Clean is the crew for you!

I found his service’s through his social media advertisement. I was impressed with the convenience and ease of making an appointment as well as the positive feedback. I was able to have my carpets done the same week. They look new and smell so fresh. He added a little scotch guard to the high traffic areas and fluffed the carpet following the shampoo. A kind and well mannered individual who is conscientious about doing a great job. Highly recommended!

WOW! Just wow! What a great service, fast, friendly, responsive and professional. My carpet, rugs and couch turned out fantastic. Will definitely keep them on speed dial. Even had them come back for a "whoops" and they were there the next day. Thanks Jeff for the great customer service!

Jeff is Awesome! I am currently renting a shared home with the homeowner and the previous renter's had destroyed the carpet, she was also a pet owner. As the summer came I felt like some of the odor was in air. I price shopped a handful of local companies and not only did I get that best deal, he came that same day. Very professional! and I only planned to do 2 bedrooms but the magical appearance of the carpet; we decided to do the entire home. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much!
