Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

Jeff showed up around the time he said would be able to come. He cleaned the carpet, deodorized our carpet to the best he could since our carpet is quite old. He finished in a timely fashion and right now our carpets are drying up but our house smells better. I would highly recommend him for any moderately sized house with carpet. He gave us recommendation of what we should expect from our carpet in the coming time which is always great because it’s not common knowledge.

I am so amazed. I needed to get the carpets cleaned because I was moving and it was in my lease that I needed to. I was worried because I couldn’t find someone to come clean them on Labor Day weekend (the weekend I was moving) however, Jeff said it would be no problem. He came out and gave me a quote that was within my budget. When I saw the carpets upon completion I was so amazed. They were cleaner than the day I moved into the home. I will definitely call again in the future if I ever need any carpets cleaned and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you for such an incredible job.

Great service! Jeff was super friendly and worked hard to get the job done. He was very honest and told me when a room didn’t need cleaning. Also great communication with keeping me updated on changes to schedule and arrival time. He even gives a 30 day warranty on the cleaning in the event there are any spots or areas that need cleaning afterwards. Will recommend to others! Thanks!

Everything was great from beginning to end! Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My carpets were so bad, and they looked like new when he was done and they dried super fast! Great company!

What a wonderful experience and company to work with! We have a lot of carpet, and owner, Jeff was extremely thorough and quick. He was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using again.

Jeff was friendly and courteous! I highly recommend having him help you with your carpet cleaning needs. He came back to spot clean the next week after my pet made had an accident - no problem and no charge.

Recently got my carpets cleaned with inspector clean and Jeff but didn’t have the chance to leave a review. Wow what a surprise! Carpet was clean and dry in less then 1 hour. It has been almost 2 weeks since the cleaning was done and carpets still look great. Called the other guys last time carpets took forever to dry and once it did spots came right back up. Don’t use anyone but Jeff those other guys are a waste of time and money!!

Jeff was on time, reliable and very friendly. I had not got my carpets done in over a year and one room was in not a great condition. He got out as much as possible and then some ! My
Carpets are happy and i am happy, will be a returning customer definitely THANKS JEFF !

After seeing a video on Facebook, I called Jeff and was able to get an appointment the next day! He showed up early, stayed in communication with me throughout the process and did an amazing job! He did such a good job that my dad is setting an appointment for his house now!
Great job! I highly recommend! 10 out of 5 stars for sure!!!

Jeff was incredibly kind, professional and on time! He call me before hand to let me know he Was on his way in when I could expect him. He laid rubber mats in the house to protect my flooring and swept my tile after picking up the runners. My carpets look amazing!! Thank you for the great service!

Amazing service from start to finish! Booking an appointment was extremely easy. Alicia was able to help me squeeze in an appointment with short notice. She was very professional and made sure to clearly communicate the whole process.

My carpets were cleaned by Jeff, and they have never looked or smelled cleaner. Aside from the immaculate cleaning, Jeff is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely be recommending Inspector Clean to my friends and family!

Jeff was amazing to work with! Best customer service and communication. Called day of and day before. Immediately replied to my online inquiry. AMAZING JOB! The carpet is so much cleaner and the first room dry in 30 minutes! In and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend. I just had my carpets cleaned two months ago and there is no comparison!! He also explained everything during his visit. I will be using them again!

The BEST hands down! I was told that my carpet was not able to be saved by a previous company but INSPECTOR CLEAN came and was able to make my carpet look new again! Jeff is such an awesome guy and is truly knowledgeable! Not only are they professional but they are really kind and work they're hardest to get the job done right and for a reasonable price! Big love to Jeff and the awesome Inspector Clean crew! My floors are legit dazzling now – tiles are like new, and the grout's on point. 💫 But it's not just about the cleaning – these folks brought some serious friendly vibes. 😊 Chatting with Jeff on the phone was like talking to an old pal. It's more than a service; it's like your buddies giving your home a makeover. Huge thanks to Jeff and the whole gang at Inspector Clean – you guys are the real deal! 🙌 Trust me, go for it, and let them work their magic. 🌟✨

Fantastic Work!! My wife and I are expecting our first baby in the next few weeks and decided to get a good deep clean of the floors before our little man arrives. Our house is mostly hard wood and tile with area rugs throughout the house. We looked around and decided with Inspector Clean's because of the good reviews. We could not be happier with the result. Our floors all look amazing and are the cleanest they have been in years. Jeff was very professional and friendly, and did a great job with our floors. We will definitely be bringing Jeff back around in the future for our floor cleaning.

Oh My Goodness!! I've gotten my floors done before but nothing like this! If you're searching to get your carpet done, this is the one! He was professional, on time, did great quality work, and is has the most kind, friendly attitude/demeanor! He was honest with my expectations with what he could do, but it really blew me out of the water. The carpets weren't even wet when he was done like most places that leave them soaking. The price was very good. He got all my stains out, and also did my mattress for my son wetting the bed. Thanks Jeff! My new friend, this experience was exceptional.

Soooooo long story short my dog was getting trained and accidently went on my carpet upstairs. I tried to contact other companies but no one responded. When I contacted Jeff here he was very persistent to help me fix the issue due to permanent damage if not taken care of right away. He showed up the following day and did my carpet for me and was very professional and gave me ideas how to keep the carpet staying fresh. He added a animal spray to help with any smells. I recommend this company again. Thanks again Jeff. Hopefully I don't have to see you again but animals will be animals. Thanks again sir

Amazing work! This has been my go-to carpet cleaner for the past couple of years. He’s very communicative on the outcome of what to expect from the carpet’s condition, and has done an exceptional job for me for what he has to work with. He’s very kind, trustworthy, and meticulous in his work. I recommend him tenfold to friends and family!

Jeff was extremely personable and did a wonderful job. Our carpet was so bad and he made it look new in an hour. Would recommend and call him again.

My carpets feel so soft and fluffy and smell like I just pulled out a fresh loud dry laundry! Jeff was very professional and and answered all of my questions and explained the process to help understand what I was paying for and the benefits I was getting with his service over other companies that didn't really show the care and detail inspector clean did for me. I would definitely recommend this company for someone looking for it to get done right with no hassle.

I love this carpet cleaning company!!!! I will not go to any other company!!! Jeff is very highly professional and very polite! He is very knowledgeable and makes sure your 100% satisfied. Thank you for making my dirty floors clean again! This company cleans in a timely manner, is efficient, the carpet dries quick and I did not have to worry about waiting hours for my carpet to dry. I definitely am going to recommend them to everyone I know! Plus they are a small family owned business which is a plus in my book!! Thank you!!

Just used Jeff great improvements!
