Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

The work was very thorough professional he was on time and he finished quickly I couldn't have asked for a better job!

Great service! The guy, we'll refer to him as Richard, who arrived to manage our carpet cleaning was courteous and speedy. Richard did an excellent job, making the entire process simple. I would give the carpet cleaning service in Carmichael a 10/10 and will definitely suggest to a friend or family member.

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning job done by Luke! My carpet was full of stains but now it's as good as when I first moved into my Carmichael residence. Luke did an impressive job pre-treating all the areas and I am beyond happy with the work done by Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning. I highly endorse them!

We have been devoted customers of Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning for several years and each interaction has been flawless! Rapid replies, thorough carpet cleaning, and timely arrival for scheduled appointments are just a part of their excellent service. Richard always puts in additional effort to keep you informed if he spots anything outside the normal dirt during the cleaning process. I would absolutely suggest them to anyone in Carmichael!

fantastic service - highly recommend! we accidentally spilled paint on our carpet and called for help. they managed to fit us in for a same day appointment that afternoon. after we booked, luke called to ask about the stain and shared some tips on how to keep it from getting worse until they could get here. luke and jesse showed up earlier than expected, but it was fine since i got a text about 30 minutes before they arrived. before starting, they explained that the stain would probably look much better but might not come out completely. they got started right away on the paint spot and then cleaned the rest of the carpet in the room and hallway. they worked fast and were very respectful of our home. everyone i talked to was super friendly and professional. i'll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning and suggest them to friends!

if you are looking for a great carpet cleaning service, your search can end here! i spoke with several other companies before calling, but as soon as i talked to jesse on the phone, i knew this was the right choice. jesse asked important questions to really understand what the job would involve and gave clear, honest pricing. the phone call alone convinced me! when jesse arrived, he was very friendly and truly cared about the work. he didn’t just clean the carpet and leave—he explained the whole process and let me know exactly what was needed. there was no pressure to buy extra services or anything that wasn’t necessary. you can tell jesse takes pride in his work! if you think anyone can clean your carpet, think again! there’s a real skill to it, and jesse knows exactly what he’s doing. we will definitely use this carpet cleaning service for all our future needs.

I engaged the services of Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning to spruce up my sectional and area rug. They were prompt in their response, arriving the very next day to get to work. Their performance was impressive, especially on the carpet, and initially, the sectional seemed to be in great shape too. However, once I rearranged the furniture, I noticed a few spots that were missed on the sectional, illuminated by the natural light streaming through the sliding glass door. Their customer service team was quick to check in on the quality of their work the next day. I took this opportunity to mention the overlooked spots on the sectional. They didn't hesitate to send over another technician the following morning to address the issue. A shout-out to Richard, who diligently removed all the missed spots by hand without the use of an extractor! I was thrilled with his dedication and the outstanding results.

We've employed the services of Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning multiple times and have consistently been pleased with their results. Today, however, the quality of their work was so exceptional I felt compelled to write a review. Our technician, Luke, performed an outstanding job. He dedicated almost 4 hours to the task of cleaning our carpets - a level of commitment rarely seen in other services. Even the stubborn black marks that I had resigned myself to live with were successfully removed. His job was nothing short of excellent, and I greatly appreciate such high-quality service at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff was extremely courteous, promptly responding to my last-minute request and ensuring punctuality. It simply doesn't get better than this.

During a tough time with my son’s medical issue, he unfortunately had an accident on the carpet. We reached out for help and they were able to come out the very next day. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess! After being at the hospital, it was such a relief to return home to a fresh-smelling carpet without any odors. I'm really thankful for the excellent service and reasonable prices, and I will definitely be coming back for future needs. I will also recommend them to everyone I know.

i've tried a lot of different services in the past, but Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning really tops them all. their customer care is simply the best. they always go the extra mile to make sure all our needs are met. when we moved into our newly built, bigger house, I was worried about the woodwork and hardwood floors. but even though it was raining on the day they came, our white woodwork was left spotless. not a single speck of mud or mark was left behind. the carpet just feels a lot cleaner with this service than any other I've used before. Got stains from pets or coffee spills? they handle it without a hitch! thanks for everything you do!

the carpet cleaning team really impressed me! wesley, the technician, did a fantastic job. we had some tough, dark stains on the back of our off-white couch—it's our favorite spot in the house. after trying regular cleaners from the store and not getting anywhere, we called in the professionals. wesley was friendly and worked hard, spending a good amount of time carefully treating the problem spots. he managed to get all the stubborn marks out and then gave the whole back of the couch a thorough cleaning. now it looks spotless and fresh, especially since it's the part everyone sees near the kitchen. i'm very happy with how clean everything turned out. the service was excellent, and i would definitely recommend them to anyone in carmichael looking for top-notch carpet and upholstery cleaning!

For those who prefer a quick summary, let me say that Richard at Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning is fantastic! A real miracle worker. The price he quotes is what you pay. If you need your carpet or upholstery cleaned, reach out to them! Now, for those curious about why I’m giving five stars, here’s the story. We have four dogs and two cats, and one dog has some issues that made a favorite armchair almost unlivable due to messes. Plus, we had a cat that marked the carpet near our bedroom entrance. I tried cleaning the carpets and upholstery myself, but it didn’t work out. My husband was getting frustrated. Then Richard from Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning came to the rescue. I called, received a quote, and he was at our place the very next day. I explained how bad things were, and when he arrived, he could see and smell the issues right away. After just three hours, our carpets looked brand new, and the armchair we thought about tossing out looked almost new again (a few scratches from the cat remain, but it’s so much better!). The smell? It’s completely gone! And about the cost—there were no hidden fees! He did all that work without charging a cent more than what was quoted. Plus, since my husband is a senior citizen, we received a 5% discount! If you need carpet or upholstery cleaning done anywhere, you’d be making a mistake to call anyone other than Richard at Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning!

this is the best carpet and area rug cleaning service we’ve found in carmichael. we have tried several companies for our home and rental properties, but none have done as great a job. luke runs things really well and the team always does excellent work. they show up on time, are very polite, treat your things with care, and make sure every spot gets cleaned. when a stubborn stain came back after our duplex carpet dried, luke made sure to come back and fix it for free. his honesty and dedication to good service is rare these days. i trust him with any carpet cleaning job, and i’m even sending some fancy silk rugs to his shop to be cleaned.

They arrived right on time, were friendly and polite, and made sure to keep things as quiet as possible. They wore masks and shoe covers, and did an excellent job cleaning my area rug, dining room chairs, and two sets of stairs. They managed to pull out cat hair from the rug that I didn't even realize was there, despite using my Miele vacuum regularly! Everything looks like new, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The pricing was the best compared to other companies, and I received a quote over the phone without needing a visit, which saved me time. I loved supporting a small business and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

we moved into a rental where the previous tenants claimed the carpets were professionally cleaned, but it didn’t seem that way. i reached out to richard about carpet cleaning, and he got back to me very fast and was able to come the same day. he did a fantastic job—after he was done, the carpets looked so much cleaner and even smelled fresh, which was the main thing we wanted. the carpets dried quickly too, which helped since we were moving in the next day. we really appreciate richard’s quick response, professionalism, and friendly attitude. we highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

Richard and Wesley did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. I live in a rental home that had previous tenants with several pets. The carpets seemed clean when I first moved in, but soon revealed their true condition. To keep it brief, the team was very professional and meticulous. The carpets dried quickly, much faster than the usual 2+ days after a steam cleaning, and they look absolutely wonderful. So far, the results have been much better than other services I've tried before. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning!

this carpet cleaning company was definitely the best service i've ever had in carmichael. luke showed up right on time for our appointment, and gave fantastic service from start to finish! our family room furniture looked almost new again after he finished, and the bedroom carpet looked fresh and bright. all the pet stains and dirt disappeared, making the whole room so much nicer. we're already planning our next carpet cleaning and will call luke for sure!

I had a great experience with the team at Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning. I reached out to have my carpets cleaned, and they provided a quote before starting any work. They were upfront about the possibility that some stains might be tough to remove. I encouraged them to proceed, and when they finished, my carpets looked significantly better! Although they weren't completely perfect, the team still decided to lower the price by 20%, which I didn't even ask for. I had previously used their services two years ago, and my positive opinion of them remains unchanged. It's wonderful to have such honest and dedicated professionals come into my home to deliver excellent service. I will definitely choose them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

I accidentally spilled red nail polish all over our brand new, light cream carpet and thought it was ruined for good. I reached out to Finest Carmichael Carpet Cleaning, and Richard arrived at my home in less than half an hour. He worked hard—scrubbing, steaming, and repeating the process—until every bit of the red stain was completely gone. Richard made sure we were totally happy with the results before he finished. His determination and attention to detail really showed, and he knew exactly which carpet cleaning solutions to use to restore the carpet to its original look. As a bonus, the whole house smelled fresh and citrusy afterwards. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Our deepest thanks!
