Called Andrew for help with a leaking kitchen faucet. As usual, his team did a great job of fixing it and leaving things tidy. Thank you Jesse and crew for working on a holiday! So nice to have a reliable local plumber that is always responsive when you need help.

Andrew at Drain Charmer Plumbing & Rooter in Santa Barbara CA is charming and charmed our emergency plumbing disaster at midnight on a Friday. Not only did he fix it calmly, expertly and professionally, but he did it over video chat telling me what to do at each stage so I felt like we were bro’ing it out together. I’ve used Drain Charmer Plumbing and Rooter for many years at my Carpinteria home. They are always on time and always know how to fix my plumbing issues. Today’s visit was no exception. Jesse and Andrew were able to unclog a stubborn drain. They never gave up and now it drains like new.

These guys are the best. Called at 4pm and they were there working at 8am the next day and found a bad repair that had been causing backups. Professional, clean and intelligent crew. Will do business again!

Andrew came by on a Saturday to look at a water heater issue. He solved the problem and was polite and knowledgeable. Hope I dont have another plumbing problem but , if I do, I would definitely call drain charmer!

A few days ago Andrew replaced my water heater the same day I called to announce the leak. The next day I texted him with questions about how to maintain the heater so it lasts longer. He spent 2 hours texting back and forth with me explaining how to do the yearly flush-out of both my units. I didn’t know how to do anything so it took sending photos in which Andrew patiently circled the knobs I needed to find and explained exactly how to do it. He is the best plumber I’ve found. I’ve used him for many jobs in the past and will continue to call on Andrew for my plumbing problems.
