Freddy is my go-to Plumber. Not only does he know what he’s doing, across a variety of skills, but his level of integrity, communication & professionalism is exceptional. As a single professional woman, having someone like Freddy that I can rely on & who is clear & concise about what’s needed & what it will cost is priceless.

We had had Freddy take care of set our bathroom sink and waste line. He is a reliable, personable trustworthy individual. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or call him when there is a need.

Fantastic company. They were great at communicating with me about finding a time to fit me in and also gave me a 1 hour window when to expert a repairman. Repairman was super nice, knowledgeable and fixed everything (low water pressure, broken shower cartridge and running toilet! Will always use this company in the future.

We had our water heater go out right before a holiday weekend. Freddy came through and changed out the water heater for us right away. He also changed out our water pressure regulator, main water valve, shower faucet, kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal. Everything he did works great. And he charges a fair price. I’ll be using him again. We highly recommend him.

These guys were awesome! I previously had a terrible experience with a water heater replacement so I was dreading having to deal with this again when my water heater went out this morning. I called around to several plumbing companies and no one was available including this company for a few days. However, Serena was able to get her guys to squeeze me in and long story short, I have a new hot water heater already installed today. Last time I was without hot water for a whole week because the other company delivered a defective unit and told me I had to deal with the manufacturer to get it fixed. These guys were very professional and did an awesome job for me. I highly recommend them!

WOW! From the first phone call to Serena this has been the most excellent plumbing experience ever. Is that possible? Had an odd size water heater, located up on a ledge in the garage. They set a time, same day, came when they said they would and got it done before end of day. Kept me informed all along the way. The very best customer service!!!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Freddy and the Pioneer Plumbing team are fantastic. They came by this morning and instantly fixed a tough aerator issue, which let me hook up my washing machine right on schedule.
