Kitchen drained clogged up of course late at night and Marco showed up early next morning and fixed it right up. He was prompt, thorough, clean, and answered all my questions. He also gave me some pointers to prevent this from happening again since I do cook a lot on the daily.

I noticed all the water leaking on the floor in my garage. I panicked decided to call Roto-Rooter because they’ve been around forever. They sent a gentleman named Marco out. It’s my surprise. Marco pointed out that it was just a hose. Meanwhile, I’m thinking I need a whole new water heater thank you Marco. He was in and out of there at no time I will never hesitate to call you again in the future!!

They were able to come in a reasonable time and repair our clogged drain

They will not give you a price over the phone and charge you $70 bucks to show up after hours. They did nothing but give me a price of $770 to unblock a drain. They didn't go into my house or look at the problem. I had to pay them $70 for nothing. Scammy operation. Never again.

Sergio our technician was super friendly and got the job done quick. Cleaned out our pipes and was able to repair a broken pipe underground and left it as nothing had ever happened. He dug almost 6ft down and you can’t even tell as he took his time to make sure it was left as before he started. Request for Sergio as your tech as he was super friendly and got the job done effectively.

Daisy and her team are amazing. They came at 7pm in the dark and have been here for the last 5 days helping mitigate a flood and mold issue.

Alejandro was excellent! We called roto-rooter because we had a leak in the pipes under our kitchen sink. He was here within 90mins, diagnosed the issue, and offered both a short and long-term solution. 24hrs later we have new pipes and an upgraded system to prevent future leaks. Alejandro was friendly and courteous, and explained everything really clearly. We’re really grateful for his help and would recommend roto-rooter to anyone who asks!

Our water heater broke on a Sunday morning. Within an hour of calling a technician was here and rerouted connections so we could have cold water for the day as guests were coming. A new water heater was installed the next day.

We got service from Roto-Rooter Thousand Oaks, CA. Excellent plumbing company. Our technician was "Sergio", and he was professional, polite, courteous, and very experienced. He knew what the problem was, and how to fix it. We are very happy with his work, and so glad we called them and Sergio was able to come out so quickly. Sergio also showed a lot of care for our house, and the area he was working in. We recommend Roto-Rooter Thousand Oaks, CA.

Our shower didn’t drain, we had to get a plumber on Sunday evening. Contacted roto- Rooter. Joel was sent to the rescue. He was able to address the issue in a timely matter. Both Joel & his supervisor came out to do hydro-jet cleaning the next day. Great customer service, explained everything.

Had a backed up main sewer line late on a Sunday. Not only is the after hours call out fee reasonable but the response was timely, easy to communicate with and Victor was amazing. Really appreciate him being prompt, efficient and clear in his communication. If I need plumbing help again, Victor and Roto-Rooter is my call.

Excellent service. Jacob arrived just as shediuled, which was within a cople of hours after I placed the call to R-R, answered promptly by a very personable receptionist. He gave me his estimate for repair but wound up replacting my thirty-year-old toilet, not before intforming me of my options and clearing with his office. In no way did he oversell, his pricing was competitive and transparent, the installation smooth and flawless. He picked up the unit for me at Home Depot for a perectly reasonable charge, and removed the old unit leaving the workspace spic and span. Most cnsiderate and thoughtful, checking regularly with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. And just a great guy besides. Will ask for him for any future jobs.

The Technician that came to my house was polite and respectful, but his quote for a water heater replacement was almost 3 times higher than the other plumber company I called. In addition, my offer came with a loan option that wanted to charge me $77 a month over 15 years ($14k total) for a water heater they said would only last 6 years. I did not go with them for my replacement.

Marco was my technician and he was wonderful. Very friendly and professional and clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done. I'm so appreciative that Roto Rooter has 24 hour service as my toilet leak occurred after normal business hours! Dispatch was also very helpful and quick about sending Marco.

The team of professionals that helped me during our gas leak were outstanding. They knew what they were doing, they communicated throughout the whole process (which is huge while dealing with a gas leak), and they explained everything in term that I could understand. I didn’t even know plumbers handled gas leaks but they did a great job!
