Blum & Sons Electrical has been producing quality work on my projects for 6 years now and I have found their management and service to be exemplary. Over the past six years Blum & Sons has provided my projects quality electrical and low voltage installations in one of the most difficult sectors of the construction industry: OSHPD (Hospitals/Clinics). Building an OSHPD compliant hospital can be a difficult task in itself but working and building in an operating functional hospital brought on unexpected daily challenges that Blum & Sons handled with ease. I would recommend Blum & Sons for not only the upper echelon of the construction industry but also for the commercial and residential markets. Their decades of local pride in production will keep them producing quality projects for years to come.

Blum & Sons Electric installed a new electrical panel at our ranch in Carpinteria. This did a lot for our home's safety, and helped us get fire insurance on a very old home (built in 1895). We're very happy with the work done on our new panel, and very happy with their knowledge of safety standards. Thank you Blum Electric!

I had a simple need to have a kitchen sink drained and snaked out. Calling Rotorouter is something I will never do again as the whole process is way too complicated. I waited a long time to hear back from dispatch and then the technician was late and the price was unbelievably high. I was charged $380 to simply clean out a kitchen sink drain do yourself a favor and call someone other than Rotorouter.

Not only will I not use Rotorouter again, but I will tell anybody that asks to never use their service.

Had my kitchen drain snaked. Sink and washing machine are both running free now.

Roto Rooter took care of my plumbing problems quickly and professionally. They came out a second time under warranty, which was a significant benefit.

Marco was great. Arrived exactly when I needed him to. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cleared the clogged drain and stayed to make sure it was draining. After he was done, he cleaned everything up, and besides not having a clogged drain anymore you couldn't tell he was here. Roto-Rooter is more expensive, but that isn't Marco's fault.

Work is in progress. Tomorrow the mapping and lining of the remaining clay line will take place. So far so good. The majority of the line was replaced 20 years ago with 100 year plastic pipe so, the work is ongoing in an isolated area. There are two issues with the line, one is the connection to the original clay pipe is showing signs of failure and the second is that the original remaining clay pipe is restricted but not to the point of collapsing. The restriction is somewhere beneath the sandstone deck. The lining option is preferred over demolishing the deck, where sooner or later that would probably be the only option.

Alejandro was amazing!! Arrived on time, was knowledgeable and personable, and completed the job in a couple hours. He tested the repairs to ensure there were no issues before leaving!! Thank you Alejandro and Rotor Rooter!
