I had a leak in both my shower and sink faucet and needed it fixed fast. Joel came the same day we called and was easily able to fix a botched job done by someone else previously. He was extremely friendly and broke down the cost in detail between labor and parts. I trust him for all my plumbing projects in the future.

I've used Castaneda's Plumbing several times and have been very happy with their service. They respond to my calls expeditiously and their work is exceptional. Joel and another plumber were responsible for a major project for me at an apartment building. Joel kept me apprised of the work being done via texts as well as pictures. Additionally, he did not charge me more than he initially quoted. I referred the company to my daughter and she and her husband used them as well. Castaneda's Plumbing will definitely be the company I will continue to use and will refer to my friends.

Castaneda's really came through for us. We had made an appointment with another plumber who ended up being a no-show after an all-day wait. Home plumbing was backed up in laundry room and bathroom and we had a broken water spigot, so we were without water for the whole day. Called Castaneda's at 4 p.m., explained our dire situation and they had a plumber out by 5:30 p.m. same day. Plumber, Rolando, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional and was also very respectful of the property inside and out. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problems and had our water running and drains cleaned out by 6:30 p.m. Scheduled for him to return the following day at 8 a.m. to hydrojet our clean out and laundry room lines, and he was there early and completed that job with no issues. Pricing was fair for all services provided. The office is quick to reply and follow up by phone call and text, and the invoicing process was seamless. I paid by check and had a paid invoice completed and e-mailed within the hour. Excellent all-around service from Castaneda's.

We’ve called Castaneda’s Plumbing for help with drain clogs, pipe leaks and valve replacements. Most recently, they jetted our drain pipes to clear a clog affecting the whole house. They are professional, provide great customer service, are very reasonably priced and we feel that they provided honest assessments. More importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. We highly recommend them!

They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the "jump" in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

The water heater is only 5yrs old. When the tech (Edgar) arrived he inspected the water heater and all connections. For some reason the water heater was off. One of those freak occurrences that happen from time to time. He simply turned it back on and explained to me that sometimes these things happen and are in inexplicable.

What I appreciated most was their honesty. They didn't try to up sell me, make some phony repair or tell me it needed to be replaced. They've earned a loyal customer for any future jobs I have on my homes.

I gladly paid for the quick response, honest evaluation and professionalism. I highly recommend them. The staff was a delight to work with.

We called them one day and they came the next day. They were very professional in every way. They did camera work to see what was going on with our sewer lines. They explained the findings to us really well, gave us pictures and a video of what they found, and were really nice. We would definitely hire them again!

I found Castaneda's plumbing on Yelp. They could deploy to our house in 2 hours. The plumber Joel used a snake to clear the sewer and then checked the pipe with a camera to determine the cause of the blockage. He found that the roots completely blocked the sewer. He used a cutter to clear those roots.

However, if we leave it and don't take any treatment, the pipe will be clogged by the roots within one or two years. The plumber gave me a quote for pipe replacement.

Overall, the plumber did a good job and had a proper business manner. Thank you, Joel!

Joel showed up to fix the tub faucet that went faulty right before a new tenant was about to move in that same day, and Joel was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He went straight to work and took care of the job quickly and professionally. I’ve used Castaneda’s before and they do a great job every time. Joel came over the day I called. He saw what my problem was… I had roots and branches in my main pipe line. He came back next day and had it fixed! He was very reasonable in price and did a fantastic job in fixing my pipe! I highly recommend him!

I found Castaneda’s Plumbing & Rooter on Friday morning after my toilets weren’t flushing and making a gargling noise. I found them on Yelp and called sue to their rating, and I’m glad I did. I called around 9am and was told I’d have a plumber at my house between 11 am and 1 pm, and Joel showed up a little after 11 and right away, he was kind, and professional. He gave some thoughts on what could be happening and what the costs would be for each instance. Once he did a check, he let us know the price and he was about to do next. Within 20mins Joel had fixed the problem!! We were amazed at how quick, but efficient he was. He also gave us some advice on fixing future issues as well. We were able to pay him directly and the whole process took less than 30mins. Phenomenal service and professionalism.

Wow, not only were they so quick to respond (literally came the next day), they did incredible work! Professional, straight forward and fairly priced. We had them replace and install new faucets and caulk our tub and vanity. Excellent work. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Came across Castaneda's while looking for a plumber to resolve a plumbing issue. Phoned and an appointment was made for the next morning. Edgar arrived, examined the situation and laid out the possible options. Repairs were done as described. Castaneda's honesty, timeliness and expertise is greatly appreciated. And my choice for future plumbing needs.

Responsive on Yelp. Easy to schedule the next morning from the night before, assuming they have availability, which they did. They arrived during their scheduled appointment window. After service was completed, I found out the minimum service call fee is $125, additional work is $100+ depending on the difficulty. I opted not for the additional work since the problem was the toilet water line and not the additional toilet fill valve that they offered to replace also. If they have to come back, minimum service call is $125, etc. That's a steal since they sent out two guys.

This is a very good and reliable plumber. Every time I have called regarding a plumbing issue, they always respond and show up in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable. I recommended them to my next door neighbor when her pipes burst in the house. They showed up immediately and fixed all her plumbing within 3 days. I trust this company and will continue to use them in the future.
