These guys are the best! I really trust them! They've come out several times because I have an old house. My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!
All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. I've used several other plumbers (old house) and they didn't come near to these guys!

Reliable and professional plumbers. I have counted on them for a few emergency calls on diffrent properties. They show up on time and take care of the issue with quick responses, updates and great communication.

Guest reported a back up at 9pm. Jose replied to my text right away and gave me option of an after hour service or they can be there tomorrow morning. They showed up on time the next day and took care of the issue ASAP. Guest was able to shower before chdck out.

I used Castaneda's Plumbing and want to highly recommend them. Their work and overall service are very good. An additional benefit is they charged less for weekend work than other plumbers have. The Saturday afternoon problem: a significant area of stucco wall became slightly darker in color caused by dampness. The size implied ongoing enlargement and the location implied access to the leak by way of raised foundation crawl space is required. I shut off the house's main waterline to stop the leak. I learned about Castaneda's Plumbing while reading different plumber review sources. I noticed Castaneda's Plumbing is favorably rated in each source. To summarize, I called Castaneda's Plumbing to discuss the problem and request service early the next day (Sunday). A short while later they called to confirm plumbers will arrive between 8 to 9 am. Jose and Chema arrived at 8 am to assess the problem. Jose went through the crawl space while communicating with Chema. Jose confirmed a significant pipe leak occurred under the house, which was promptly repaired. I was impressed and asked Jose about needed plumbing work planned for the near future. He was very informative while answering my questions. I will use Castaneda's Plumbing again.

Jose moved a gas line to accommodate a new range. He was friendly and professional. He was able to come by and give me a quote the very same day. He went above and beyond to make sure it worked and looked perfect. I will definitely use his company for any future plumbing needs.

We had a burst half inch supply line flooding the underside of our house and didn't discover it until after 6 PM on a Friday before a long weekend. I called many other 24 hours Services and no one could send anyone until the following Tuesday. Castaneda's was the exception. They sent their technician Oscar to solve our issue. I'm a licensed contractor, but I was visiting my parents with no tools. Oscar did a great job quickly remedying the broken pipe. He arrived when he said he would and he did a good job getting it done. He saved us from having to turn the water off for a long weekend and worked until almost 10 o'clock at night. 5/5
