From beginning to end the service was professional yet personal. Vitaliy has a great work ethic - he didn't stop until the work was completely satisfactory. He was very courteous and meticulous and didn't leave a mess.

I had my driveway, front porch, stairs and side of the house (which had years-long mold growing on it) removed of stains, dirt and mold. I can't believe the difference! Every time I walk outside and see my clean driveway and walls, it makes me feel clean too! I've never had power washing done before and know there are other power washing companies out there but Ecotech is unique because Vitaliy told me they conserve and recycle all their water which is so important during this time in California's drought.

EcoTech provided me with exemplary service from start to finish, cleaning my gutters which were in a desperate state. I was very happy that I had hired this company for the following reasons:

* Convenience. The office administrator, Viktoriya, who was pleasant and friendly, gave me a quick estimate over the phone by looking at my house via Google Earth. Hence, there was no need to schedule an appointment for someone to stop by my home to give me a quote. The job contract was done via email.
* Very competitive pricing. The job estimate was exceptionally good compared to those of other companies that I had called.
* Prompt scheduling. The cleaning was scheduled to be done within a few days--no long wait for the work to be done.
* Professional servicing. The service technician, Victor, arrived punctually as scheduled, and was also friendly and courteous. He did not rush the job, was very efficient and thorough in doing his work.
* Extra effort. Victor checked for leaks along the gutters and for additional problems in the roof tile along the eaves.
*Before and after pictures. EcoTech provided me with before and after pictures by email after the job was done. Again, I appreciated this extra effort which allowed me to see for myself how sparkling clean and free of moss and debris my gutters now are!

So, if you need your gutters cleaned, I fully recommend EcoTech. This is a company that conducts its business with professionalism and integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I called out Vitaliy for pressure washing my driveway at my place in Oakland. And I'm so glad I did! Apart from his great personality and good customer service, his work is fantastic.

For years the back and forth of driving up and down my driveway left tread marks all over. And moss developed over a couple years that I couldn't get rid of as much as I tried. The moss had turned my beautiful terra cotta colored driveway from a lovely red to an ugly blackish color.

Vitaliy arrived on time and let me know exactly how he was going to carefully handle restoring my driveway without damaging anything. From top to bottom he spent hours meticulously pressure washing every nook and cranny until all the moss and tread marks disappeared and revealed that beautiful red terra cotta color I missed for so long.

We moved into what is a brand new house three years ago. I thought the windows were clean, until EcoTech took on all 62 windows! It’s almost like there’s no glass there.

Other things to take note of: 1. I called the number on the website and Vitaliy Velichko answered immediately. He scheduled me for the following week. Just so you know, he’s the owner of the company, but he’s a working owner, doesn’t sit behind a desk. 2. The arrival time was set between 8 and 9 a.m. I received a text from Vitaliy when he was on his way and he arrived at 8:15 a.m. 3. Vitaliy was very neat, took great pains to make sure the glass looked perfect. He also cleaned up after himself well, didn’t leave anything behind. 3. I called/Emailed two other companies. One responded quickly, but said they didn’t come to El Cerrito (that’s where we live). The other company, which is in El Cerrito, never responded. The fact that EcoTech responded quickly and came all the way from Castro Valley says a lot about the company’s customer service. 4. Considering how many windows we have, I thought the price was very reasonable. The job took most of the day and I thought the money was well-spent.

We’re due for a pressure wash down the road and EcoTech does that too. We’ll be calling them again!

The team came by on schedule and was able to make it up to the top of our 3-story building and get things cleaned up. The technician was friendly and professional (keeping the interior of my home clear) and was able to work pretty quickly through our solar panel cleaning. I will definitely use them again!

I had EcoTech out to clean my gutters. At first, they weren't sure if they had a ladder tall enough to reach the tallest parts of my roof. Vitaliy found another technician nearby with a longer ladder and they were able to clean my gutters together. They left the work area clean and the gutters are ready for winter.

Vitaliy and the team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are fairly priced, professional throughout the process, and mindful of working around schedules and other factors. We even agreed to additional services and Vitaliy helped us with a few fixes without extra charges. I like that he is friendly, reasonable, and transparent. Did gutter cleaning twice and one pressure washing on the title roof of my two story house. The first one was in 2019 and the recent one was in 2025. Vitaly did good jobs and he was pleasant to talk to. I think the gutter and roof will be fine for another 5 years.
