I called EcoTech after checking Yelp for gutter cleaning services. The company had excellent reviews. I called another company and got an estimate that was within $5 of EcoTech. However, Vitaliy of EchTech described his cleaning process which included a full check after the gutters were cleaned that tested the downspouts to ensure they were draining properly and he would take pictures of all of the gutters so that I could see the finished job. That convinced me to hire EcoTech. Vitaliy cleaned out about 60 lbs of dirt and moss from my gutters. He completed the job in less than 45 mintues. It rained a week afterward and water flowed property in gutters and downspouts. Vitali also advised me that my roof shingles did have some moss growing and that I could call him back if I wanted him to spray a solution on the affected areas to help prevent further gutter blockage issues. I found Vitaliy to be professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and efficient.

EcoTech Enterprises made it simple for me. They completed a soft wash for my roof and Vitaliy explained the process and arrived on time. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for roof cleaning. Thank you again.

Although in the end we had to cancel our service as our composite roof was not compatible with the pressure washing, Vitaliy came to our home - let us know about the issue and STILL volunteered to get on our roof and take photos showing that our roof was NOT in bad shape. We sent the photos to our insurance (who was threatening to cancel) and we're disputing that now. Obviously a very honest company with the most affordable rates. Communication was A+. As soon as we need pressure washing services - I know exactly who to call. 100% recommended.

Outstanding service! We needed the exterior, gutter and roof of our home cleaned, and EcoTech had the most competitive cost. Because of that we winded up choosing them for the job instead of a few other options. The day of our scheduled service, Vitale and Alex arrived on time and proceeded with power washing our walls, windows and roof. They were incredibly meticulous and would adjust the power wash strength to avoid removing the paint. Throughout the process, Vitaly would often check-in with me and provide me with updates on their progress and suggestions. I am highly satisfied with the job that they did. It was a wonderful experience with EcoTech. I was concerned about some potential damage of the shingles while cleaning the solar panels since we have a heat wave. The technician (Vitality ) arrived ahead of the scheduled time to beat the heat. He paid attention to details.

My house insurance company refused to renew my Insurance, unless the roof is washed . I hired Eco Tech Enterprises and I am extremely happy with the job they’ve done and reasonable pricing. Office manager Viktoria was easy to reach, responsive, and accommodating with scheduling the job. Vitaliy came on time, did the job,, cleaned up everything. He knew how to correctly clean/wash my metal roof, so it is not damaged.
The most important: The certificate and pictures Ecotech provided directly to my insurance agent was immediately accepted by insurance company . My insurance is renewed!

Excellent service. Vitaliy arrived well within the schedule appointment time frame. After he explained what the job entailed, he got to work. He cleaned the gutters and soft washed moss that growing on my roof shingles. Would recommend Eco Tech to anyone needing their gutters cleaned and roof moss cleaned and treated.

Very knowledgeable and courteous technicians did an incredible job. This is the third time we've had our home power washed, but the first time there was no collateral damage. Absolutely worth the money!!

Called Vitaliy to clean my aggregate decking of mold, algae, and grime . It was ugly . Also had him clean my solar panels 36 of them . The work was like night and day. Panels looked brand new . As for the pool decking , all that grime and algae were rinsed away and a beautiful surface renewed. Vitaliy is such a hard worker and pays attention to detail…. He wants to do a great job not just a good job . I’ve already made an appointment for next year. He is that good ! For you seniors he offers a senior discount so you know he cares about us.

We have used EcoTech Enterprises out of Castro Valley to clean our gutters every couple of years since 2018. As a matter of practice, EcoTech provides before and after pictures, protects against damage during and cleans up after their work. This year, we had EcoTech also install gutter guards. With all our experiences over the years, we were very satisfied with both the work performed and EcoTech’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. With the gutter guard installation, EcoTech suggested which guards would be appropriate and the best fit for our needs. Considering this is their busy period and the holiday season, scheduling a service date was easy. Installation of the guards was completed in a timely manner and there was a thorough review of what was done at completion. The installer, Vitaliy, also pointed out a roof maintenance need he discovered while on the roof. We are very satisfied with EcoTech’s work and professionalism, and plan to continue to use their services.

We have been so pleased with all the helpful and courteous cleaners who have cleaned our home! We have been customers since 2018, with services scheduled monthly. Our cleaning person varies, but what does not is the consistent service with high-quality standards. We leave out our own cleaning products, vacuum, rags, mop, etc., and everything is cleaned according to our requests. We highly recommend TLC House Cleaning to friends and neighbors!

I am amazed!!! My house hasn't been this clean in years. Liliana and her team are fast and thorough. They cleaned things I wasn't even aware that I owned. I have 4 cats which they worked around. I also found the price to be quite reasonable given the size of my home and the amount of pet hair they got through. I'm so glad to have their help!
