After a miscommunication at the beginning Fitzgerald Plumbing demonstrated their interest in keeping my business by responding to my concerns quickly and courteously. While we had a rough start, I give them five stars
WHen the technicians came to fix the drain they were quick and tidy and got the job done! I highly recommend Fitzgerald plumbing and will call them again in the future.

Fitzgerald Plumbing is the best company around! We have used their services several times and they are always accommodating every time and are at our house within a few hours! Jesse helped us this time and Chris helped us last June. These guys are great workers and very nice guys that know their job! Everything goes great from the appt time set up to the finished job and we especially liked that he told us how much it would cost before the job started. I highly recommend!!!

We had a plumbing leak that was quite substantial from the main line to the house. Leo , from Fitzgerald came out and fully repaired the line the same day I called!

I called Fitzgerald Plumbing this morning about my water heater. They responded quickly and sent out William Alfaro. He was knowledgeable and helpful—he explained my options clearly and let me make my own decision. I chose to get a new water heater.

William worked fast and was very clean; he covered nearby items while working and was extremely professional throughout the process. He did a great job and had everything done within a few hours. I definitely recommend him and Fitzgerald Plumbing!

Leo was incredibly professional and efficient. He answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend Leo for any plumbing needs.

My neighbor came by and wanted me to look at a plumbing repair.She just had done.There's a copper tee, reducing adapter, and a hose bib, and four of the sloppiest welds I've ever seen.
She was charged $743 FOR THIS SMALL JOB! The guy was at the home 40 minutes.
BEWARE!! Taking advantage of older women is criminal.. If all that wasn't enough she was told he gave her the senior discount..

My husband and I had a broken hot water line underneath our kitchen sink. Our daughter referred us to Fitzgerald plumbing and Patrick sent Leo and Chris out the next day, Saturday, to access our problem. We had 60+ year old galvanized pipes for our water lines and drains and had been having numerous issues over the last 6 months. We could have had just had the problem pipe replaced but since it was on our list we went all the way and had the house replumbed from the street in and all of our drain lines replaced also, as well as, replacing our old water heater and enclosure. We met with Patrick the owner to get a quote and work started the next morning.
The staff was very thorough and professional, they did a great job and got a lot of work done in a short period of time. They also made sure to leave us one working bathroom at the end of each day so we could stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing to my friends and family.

I call around 2 pm and they arrive about 4:30. They repair bathroom sink and were done a hour later. Very happy with the work and the Technician was very nice and professional. definitely will use them again when needed.

I wasn't referred but was told by my RE agent to go through Fitzgerald plumbing. Honestly I couldn't be more happier than their service. William, sergio and Sebastian did a great job on both my gas re-piping and drain repair.

Overall a very poor experience. Im giving one star beacuse they were prompt in showing up. My water heater pilot would not light. After trying himself and looking from the outside the tech determined I needed a whole new burner assembly as there was no spark. Parts an labor would be $1,255 and showed me the parts that would need to be ordered. He then went on to describe why my water heater brand was "crap" and he sees problems with them all the time. Better to buy a new one from him, he said, at $3,215. Or, he said he could light the pilot manually at $200. I went for that option to by me some time and some hot water. Apparently he pulled the burner assembly, cleaned a few things, then said he was unable to light the pilot. Funny, but the piezo electric pilot spark was now working. Also interesting; I don;t know how he would expect to light the pilot manually when all the gas lines were disconnected to pull the burner. I then questioned him about gas to the pilot and he didn't know, and then a few other things I asked which suggested he really didn't know what he was doing. I think the goal here was to sell me a new water heater at $3,000 + as why would I want to buy parts for a heater that was "crap" anyway. I paid the $200 and he left.
Having no hot water is no joke and this is the leverage point for the blatant upsell. I pity old people or single women who take all this at face value and fork over the money. I would never use this outfit again. Beware.

I called them on a Saturday to replace our 17 year old water heater thinking it would be impossible to get replaced on the weekend . They were polite and dispatched a tech on the spot that was here when they said he would be here . They gave me a quote and while it was a bit higher than what I thought it might be, considering their rapid respond and the need to have it done asap we proceeded . The plumber, a young man named , Jesse was polite , courteous and got the job done as promised and guided us through the new water heater and let us know about the warranty . I’m thankful there are still stand up service companies like Fitzgerald Plumbing in this crazy world we have now. Call them to avoid disappointment.

Had a problem with my gas water heater due to water accumulation down the base causing problem with the fuel supply and making very loud vibration noise. Jesse from Fitzgerald plumbing fixed the issue. Arrived on time even on a rainy day. Very knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

We had a humming noise coming from our water regulator and assumed we were going to have to pay for a costly replacement, which we definitely weren’t thrilled about. Jesse S. came out and did a very thorough assessment, he checked everywhere in the house to track down the source of the noise. He ultimately discovered it was actually coming from our new automatic pool water filler, which was causing too much pressure on the pipes.

Not only was Jesse incredibly thorough, but he also saved us a ton of money by correctly diagnosing the issue instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix. He was professional, honest, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and integrity.

We will absolutely be calling Fitzgerald again for all of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them! Wish we discovered them sooner!!

Mike M Lakewood Our hot water tank broke after nine years called Fitzgerald. Patrick came out within 45 minutes. Replace the old water heater in about four hours. Service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them for future use.

I had a visible pipe leak under my house. They came out as promised and was even an hour early. They quickly diagnosed what work was needed. They started bright and early the next day, as promised. Turns out I also needed a new hot water tank. They were done by mid day. I'm happy I called them. They were nice, polite, courteous, ND thorough.

I would like to think the Fitzgerald's Plumbing wow what an amazing group of people we went through five different plumbing companies and none of them seem to work out, but when we found out about Fitzgerald we was blown away with the service with the quick response the price was very reasonable I would recommend Fitzgeralds plumbing to anyone who needs Plumbing work. We received prompt and professional service from Fitzgerald Plumbing. Our Tech was courteous and explained the scope of the work needed to find and repair our leaking water pipe. We are grateful that the pipe was replaced in a timely manner and our water was running again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Fitzgerald Plumbing - this time they installed a new water heater. They make everything super easy - including scheduling and payment process. - also text messages and ability to communicate with your plumber is great.
