He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I was impressed with his communication throughout the process and his attention to detail. Mike and Stacy did a wonderful job from start to finish. We requested quotes from multiple plumbers, and their quote blew everyone else out of the water. They were able to come the next day after my inspection and service my property as we were in need of a water heater ASAP. They arrived on time and did the job so well and right at the time they said it would take them.

Called them and they were out the same day. Jose is very knowledgeable and a good worker. Had a broken main drain and they had it fixed the following day.

Water heater got busted. I look around and was able to get it replaced by All Service Plumbing. They replaced it the same day. I would recommend their service if you need same day service.

We run a popular local restaurant that we use religiously. One of new employees happen to clogged the drain during popular business hours. We called All Service Plumbing, and they were able to come immediately to look at the issue. Unknown to us, they solved the issue in two hours. We owe everything to them, and they have become our #1 plumbing company.

First, this is my experience with All Service Plumbing in Cerritos, California. The day after Christmas I’d received a call from my sister stating that there is an emergency at my rental down the street from where I live. The plumber got on the phone and told me the situation and quoted me a price. The down stairs bathroom was backed up and that he would need to dig 4 feet into the flower bed to put a shut off valve.

After that was done, the plumber tells me that they need to dig into the drive way and take up part of the drive way lending towards the garage and then that would cost about $14,000.00 or more, so at that point I had to get a second opinion.

I got two other opinions and found out that I was over charge by $600.00 to $800.00. When the other plumber ran his camera down he stated that I don’t need to do all that.

I express my concerns with the office and the plumber and it went no where. I believe that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.

There was not only problems with the pricing which the plumber straight up lied and said that the job was $2,600.00 but he also charged the tenant $200.00 so it came to $2,800.00. The plumber came to my house and tried to charge me another $256.00 because he had on the invoice $2,856.00. So if would have signed the paperwork I would have paid $3,056.00.

He lied and said that I didn’t have a Synchrony credit card and argue me up and down that he called them and they told him that I didn’t have one.

I normally don’t do reviews but because this was such a disaster I had to let you all know. Beware and get a second opinion. I don’t want anyone to have to go through this. Also I was informed when a company only have 15 reviews and they been around for a long time it’s probably the staff or family members leaving them.

What a Blessing! I have never had a problem with my pipes until this month. Our water was coming out real dirty and didn't know what to do. I did research on Google and Yelp, and happen to call several different companies to receive a quote and estimated time for repair.

All Service said they would match any price, and could be at my place in an hour. True to their word, our pipes were able to be repaired in the same day. We have clean water again!

Great experience! I called Mike to schedule an appointment and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He worked to clear my drain problem using all his plumbing techniques and was able to repair it after some troubleshooting. Will recommend if you need a high quality plumbing company!
