Quickly diagnosed a serious water leak under the house and made the repair. Courteous and professional, I will use them again.

They were great! I called & someone came out the same day to see what the problem was. He put a camera completely through my pipes & I was able to see the problems myself. It was a pretty big job so they had to come back to the next day with more people. And just like he said they were there first thing in the morning & got to work. They did a great job & pretty fast as well. They were all super friendly & let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I never post reviews but I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing for any kind of plumbing problems.

Had Chris out to fix my overflowing toilet. He arrived quickly and removed the toilet, fixed the stoppage, replaced the wax seal, and reinstalled the toilet. Then cleaned up after himself afterwards. He also climbed under the house to check the pipes under the house which was above and beyond in my view.

Waited a couple weeks on this review to make sure there was no lingering problems with the repair and there aren't. Appreciated his work and think I've found my new plumber. Thanks!

Here in less than 30. Water heater just needed to be turned back on. Toilet just needed the chain to be uncoiled. Fixed it all on 5 minutes…and didn’t charge me anything because the plumber was in the area.

Last time I used a plumber and the same thing happened on my washing machine, just a couple button pushes to fix the issue the guy looked at me like I was stupid and charged me $50 bucks for the service call and literally laughed at me for being incredulous that he’d be so bold and ride.

They got $50 from me but lost my business forever.

William and Dom came out and replaced a toilet for us today. Ran into a root problem but the guys fearlessly trudged through it and got everything working beautifully! Would highly recommend Fitzgerald plumbing.

Before the technicians arrived, Fitzgerald had sent the text message informing who’s coming. Chris and Anthony were very professional and experienced, the problem took me 3 days and several visits to Lowe’s was finally answered by them with the snake wire reaching to 35~40’. Glad to have a good and dependable vendor by your side.

11-4-2024 our kitchen sink had a major backup. I called Fitzgerald to see when they could send someone out to fix it. I was very pleased to here they could be out the same day. Within 2-3 hours two young men, Chris and Jesse showed up. After running a camera down the clean out pipe they suggested to Water Jet kitchen outside clean out, It worked wonderfully. And the price was very good for all the work and time spent.
Good job, knowledgeable and quality work.
We have recommended them to our neighborhood Facebook page, and will use them again.

People that work our very friendly. It was 415pm when I called she said to give her few seconds and see one the guys to fix the problem that night. I said tomorrow is fine no hurry let the guys go home to their family. They showed before they was to be at my house(4hrs window). They left to get supply lines to my water heater. Fix my issues an about 1hr.
I will use them again and again. I will tell anyone that needs plumbing fix at a reasonable price call Fitzgerald plumbing great people.

I just had the best experience with Fitzgerald Plumbing. Christopher was dispatched to our house and went right to work. After listening to me explain our problem, Christopher inspected the plumbing under the house and returned to explain his assessment of our plumbing. After giving us several options we decided on a plan of action. Christopher and Jesse went right to work, they worked with the skill and knowledge that you’d expect but unfortunately rarely get. Upon completion of their work they told my wife and I what they had done, problem solved. Then they cleaned the area where they had worked and left it spotless. They were polite and professional on time and guaranteed their work. They even took photographs and emailed them to me. Fitzgerald Plumbing is a top notch company and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Christopher and Jesse.

Had William come and fix leak on water heater. Came out same day and was very professional.

We were impressed with William, our technician! He was friendly and professional. He covered everything around and near the areas he had to work. He cleaned everything when he was done. He let us know what was going on. In the morning he had help from James who was equally as friendly. He did the rest of the work himself in the afternoon. Then he handed the job over to Leo who is the best drywall artist I have ever seen! I wish we had known both Fitzgerald Plumbing and Leo for jobs we have had done in the past.

Great Service by a Gr8 company. Tech Anthony was professional and honest. Very satisfied customer.

01/08 - 01/09/26: First day, Chris was available to clear out a clog in my kitchen drain and replace my NUVOH2O filter. Second day, he stopped by to install a brand new faucet in my kitchen sink area. Prompt and efficient work done correctly, mitigated any issues that arose. People in scheduling are also polite and efficient. Smooth sailing with FP :o)

09/02/25: Chris & Dominic were punctual and very effective in diagnosing a leak / crack in my NUVO-H2O home filter system. As luck would have it, the system is a couple months beyond the 5 year warranty period :o(. Chris gave me an estimate on a couple replacement systems, and after I opted for a new NUVO, they went and acquired the parts. Installation was a breeze (~ 1 hour) and everything appears to be operating very well. Once again I am totally satisfied with Fitzgerald Plumbing and remain a dedicated and loyal customer.

10/31/22: Warren and team were on time and services were performed as expected. Usual professionalism, customer care, and quality observed. I have to note extreme care should be taken to protect customer property (redwood fence). However, accidents happen...they always do and Warren and JT performed complete and rapid repairs with one day. Major KUDOS to Warren and JT.

May 2022: Warren was on time, professional and friendly, understood my plumbing problems and issues, communicated clearly any additional discoveries regarding my plumbing. Second time around, Warren and Chris provided excellent service. Totally satisfied and will call them when I need a new water heater in the future.

I called Fitzgerald Plumbing because of a suspected leak and they arrived in less than an hour. Anthony and Leo immediately identified the root cause and came up with an action plan. They got to work the very next day and were very responsive and professional. The whole crew were excellent and arrived on time and gave expert advice throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Fitzgerald for anyone who wants fast and reliable plumbing with reasonable pricing.

Chris and his team were fantastic. We had a major plumbing blockage and called Fitzgerald plumbing. Came out on time and found the issue. Explained everything and pricing prior to completing the work. Cleared it with hydro jetting and made sure everything was working properly prior to leaving.

William and Jesse replaced the original cast iron pipes at my house. They were courteous, made sure everything was operating properly before leaving, and cleaned up afterwards. Great customer service all around.

I don't normally leave bad reviews as I know what it can do for a business. I originally had Fitzgerald plumbing come to my pace of business 3/17/25 for a leak from the base of the toilet. They took the toilet off, let me know the problem, and placed the toilet back on with a new wax ring. The next day I used the toilet and noticed when sitting that I was able to rock the toilet side to side. This to me did not seem normal. I tried to call Fitzgerald plumbing and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I got no return call. On their invoice they told me I had a certain time frame where they will come back to fix it for free. Since I did not hear back I called another plumber and had them come check out the problem as the leak returned. I needed it fixed as soon as possible as this is the only restroom I have for my employees at the business. The new plumbing company came the same day and fixed the problem. They mentioned the toilet was not installed back on properly. I tried to call Fitzgerald plumbing THREE times before writing this review. I waited a week in between calling to give the manager enough time. I own a business so I know how busy work can get. I waited a month and still no call back hence the review. I will not use this company again and don't recommend. Attached is the invoice from Fitzgerald plumbing and the invoice from the new plumbing company that states the toilet was put back on wrong

1st time using Fitzgerald Plumbing and it was a very pleasurable experience. Leo and his crew were on time both days, they addressed all of my questions and provided very clear answers. They were also very professional, and personable and courteous.

The team at Fitzgerald Plumbing is outstanding! From scheduling to project completion, everything was super easy. I needed some work done on my water main. They came out same day for a bid and were done with the work the following day. All the team members were friendly and respectful of our home. They explained everything they were doing and didn’t leave a mess. I highly recommend them!
